Incredibly Dismissive- dangerously so
Dr. Maples was incredibly dismissive and arrogant the multiple times I sought care from him. He smirked when I shared my symptoms, which included heart issues. He didn't perform even a basic physical exam or listen to my heart. I sought care from another provider and was immediately diagnosed with a significant and life threatening condition.

I have seen him a couple of times. All of his staff is wonderful. I feel that he listens to health concerns and doesn't try to make you take extra drugs.

I see Dr. Maples every 3 months for blood pressure maintenance. He is the family doctor for my 3 children and myself. He always listens to our concerns and actively addresses them. An occasional small amount of wait time is made up with quality of service he provides. On task with follow-up and med management.

This doctor has zero concern about being well over an hour late for his appointment. One visit he was 3 hours late. No apology. Total lack of interest in his patients health and well being. Go anywhere else.

Seen him twice,I thought the first time was a fluke because I've always had great doctors,not rude, condescending,and non-caring Doctors,on the second visit he was even worse which was hard to believe since he was in the room for less than five minutes ,I left his office in total shock ,if you have to go see him I hope you don't have the same experience I had it ruined the rest of my day and I'm still upset because I've never been treated like this before by anybody.

Dr. Maples takes the time to fully answer all your questions, and asks you if you have any other questions before you leave.. This man really cares about your well being. Best doctor I've ever been to, and I've been to plenty.
