All staff are professional. The wait was less than 10 minutes, I was impressed by how quickly was seen by Dr. Nussbaum.

Finally!!! A neurosurgeon that will help me. Not say, yea, oh well, live with it. Yea, I do have to live with it but Dr. Nussbaum is willing to help live with it more comfortably and not in so much pain. Thank you Dr. Nussbaum. I have hope and I haven’t had that in a very long time. I highly recommend Dr. Nussbaum if you are looking for a Neurosurgeon. 10 out of 10.

I had nerve problem for over five years and was being diagnosed wrongly until I was referred to Dr Nussbaum, he did surgery on me and the pain disappeared from time I left theater and never took pain pills from there on. He is professional and his staff. He's friendly and explains everything and opinions. I healed in 3 weeks. Wish I had the surgery sooner. I highly recommend him to anyone with nerve problems. Dr. Nussbaum is very thorough in his approach with his patients. He has a great attitude towards patients without that arrogant attitude many doctors exude. I visited Dr Nussbaum today for another problem and explained to me what I need to do. I trust him 100%.

Dr. Nussbaum is your typical Workers Comp doctor, meaning, most of his referrals probably come from Workers Comp, so his allegiance is to the Workers Comp system, NOT to the patient. After having a slip and fall at work, ending up with major cervical and thoracic spine damage. He has diagnosed me with, Scheuermann's Kyphosis as I googled that diagnosis it really relates to adolescence children ranging in age of 12 to 15 years old , also, the diagnosis has no relation to the work injury. Funny how that works.!!! I explain to the doctor that my back pain and posture problem has become unbearable at times, and I explain that the pain started after the major fall I took at my work. I also have a few other back injuries from previous injuries , so I have literally been to over 15 to 20 orthopedic specialists and surgeons in my life that have NEVER came up with a diagnosis like that, Scheuermann’s Kyphosis, also his bedside manner is a joke, and he’s clearly not very friendly.

Dr. Nussbaum went to bat for me on multiple occasions against daunting opposition. Workman’s compensation repeatedly denied a total disc replacement surgery in favor of cervical spine fusion. The State of CA wanted to save a few bucks, put me out to pasture, & perform a surgical intervention that was medically inappropriate for my cervical injury-directly contravening current medical literature. Dr, Nussbaum fought for me when he didn’t have to and we won the battle after a very long, unnecessary, excruciating, and protracted bureaucratic process. He performed total disc replacement surgery on March 27th and I now have my life back. The absence of pain is so stark I am in a perpetual state of disbelief. I have strength back in my right arm & legs and feel better than I have in many years. I am eternally grateful to Dr. Nussbaum. He assured me he knew he could help me when I had almost lost hope. He didn’t just help, he saved my life. Thank you Doctor. I owe you.
