Dr Orgill spent a total of less than five minutes w me. He said he saw nothing in my ear after a 2 second look. Went to my primary care doctor next morning who said spot on ear is still there and quite visible!! Now have to get a second opinion.

Excellent
I started seeing Dr. Orgill due to my frequent sinus infections. I was miserable. He is the only doctor who has been able to help me with this issue. I am a retired nurse and I find him to be very qualified and also caring. I’m not sure who is posting all the bad reviews but I have found him to be an excellent doctor. The entire staff has always been friendly and helpful and have always treated me with kindness and respect.

Wasted time and money
I arrived early for my appointment only to be told after my appointment time the audiologist had gone out to a dentist appointment and the office had no idea when she would be back. instead of rescheduling me they took me back to the doctor, who looked down my ear canals and then said they didn’t know when she would be back. the lady at the front desk said she wouldn’t charge me because it was their mistake but I just got a bill for $108.40. I was told it was the least he could charge me since he had seen me. I would find another DR to go to who doesn’t waste your time or money.

Was referred by pulmonologist. Was very unimpressed by him. Waited 40 minutes over appointment time. Doctor acted as if he was unconcerned after I explained my issue. Office filled with no mask patients. Children & adults & staff unconcerned about covid. Shameless!

Underwhelmed. Thought it was just me until I read the reviews on this site. It took a long time to get my referral processed and get an appointment time. Audiologist seemed knowledgeable. Dr based his recommendation on audiologist data and did no further exam. They are kind, friendly folks but I think they want to sell hearing aids more than practice medicine.

I was a patient for 2 years. Take note of the reviews. Normally if a provider has some 1 star reviews I don't take it too serious, but his 1 star reviews far outweigh anything above as you can see. His online reputation is warranted in this case. Unfortunately my care by Dr Orgill ended up in me having a procedure that wasn't in the end what I actually needed and complications I wasn't warned of arised. I ended up having to be seen elsewhere and having a corrective surgery sadly. The regimes that Dr Orgill told me to do could've actually been counter productive and could have caused my chronic problems. If I could say one positive thing I would mention he is kind, but use extreme caution and do your own research before having any type of procedure done by him. My situation could've been different had he properly looked at a CT scan. Another provider looked at the same one and saw an issue. My situation was so unfortunate and easily avoidable had I been cared for properly by him.

Not taking the necessary precautions for covid-19. Was told that patients would wait in their cars and be called when it was time for appt. Not the case all patients come and go as they please. No temps being taken. Total unprofessional. Made an appointment elsewhere with much more professionalism. Absolutely horrible experience when you are high risk or have a family member that is and they have no regard for your safety.

Strongly discourage anyone with anything more than a runny nose from seeing this Doctor whose office is in a run down strip mall. Staff appear trained to encourage unnecessary consultations to generate revenue. I presented with neck pain, not throat pain. Dr.'s professional appearance was abysmal and personality was only slightly better. Spent 5 minutes with me, looked in ears, nose and mouth and felt neck. His answer was a laryngoscopy, an internal examination of the throat, presumably in his office where his charges can be imposed. Couldn't be done until after a Covid test and a couple of days of quarantine. Nevermind my throat wasn't the issue. Never offered other options, such as a CT, until I specifically asked. My assumption is CT not be done in his office and he could not collect for the same. Spent a grand total of 5 minutes with me and charged $208.00. Appears to me practice is focused on treating runny noses covered by medicaid. Find another ENT!

Unhappy Patient – Jul 01, 2020

Dr Orgill performed unnecessary procedures. I had 2 visits for 10 minutes each. He was looking at MRI that showed all passages blocked and still performed a scope. He booked me for surgery but never contacted my insurance company for approval until a few days before scheduled surgery. His office was very rude and said “they had better things to do since my surgery was not life threatening.”... Wow! My out of pocket for those 2 visits was about $400 for whatever he said he did. I took all of this to be a sign not to have surgery with him. I believe in divine intervention and wonder what my outcome would have been had I actually gone through with surgery with him. He may be a great at his specialty but it felt like a surgery mill to me. I got a warehouse impression. My career was spent in medical field and red flags kept popping up. Follow your gut!

Gave disc to the front desk when I checked in. Nurse asked me if I had my scans, told her I gave it to the front and she said she would go get it For the dr. I had my paperwork done right after going back, every question she had was in my hands.. Neither took my paperwork! He comes in and asks if I've had scans done. Didn't examine me, look at scans, or read my papers. Don't go here.. he didn't listen or care. He said I was fine, my 2nd opinion said otherwise and now I have surgery scheduled.

He told me the lump on the side of my neck was an irritation and suggested I just wait for it to grow. After a 2nd and 3rd opinion, today 2 years later, I lay in my hospital bed at the VA having had the lump that was a tumor removed from my neck. The 2nd Dr suspected it was a tumor just by the location and feel of it, at my first visit and without seeing any scans. I thank God for guiding me elsewhere and ensuring I kept the medical documents to prove everything I just stated.

Dr. Orgill surgically removed my adult son's tonsils and adenoids. He conferred with us before and after surgery, and his communication skills were excellent. He listed all possible effects of the surgery, what to expect for each of the next seven days, methods to control pain, what each prescription was for and possible side effects, and other details. This had to be a boring repetition of a speech he had given thousands of times yet that never stopped him from doing a thorough job with us.

Dr. Orgill is a joke! Made my appointment, he didn't show up because he was at a funeral. No notification and I drove across the metro. Made 2nd appointment. He spent 2 minutes with me and said that there was noting he could do. Handed me a folder and walked out. DO NOT MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WITH THIS BOZO!!!
