We had to stop the consultation after finding out (during his talk about prices) this doctor no longer takes ANY insurance plans despite all Websites stating he does. 5 months go by and we are hit with a $400.00 consultation bill. Seems like money is the motivator and scam is the game. Be very wary of this doctor and his shady operating practices. As a Best Practice, we should have been notified up front of this sudden change.

Today, January 18, 2016. I had an appointment with Dr. Richard N. Palu at his office in Manhattan. There he was rude to me because I refused to give him my credit card information so he can charge the amount of money my insurance won't cover. I told him that he can send me a bill and I will pay the bill, and he rudely said that he had experienced with patients that don't even want to answer the phone when his office call to get payment. I felt very insulted and upset and left the office.
