Makes me feel very comfortable going into surgery and very considerate after surgery. One of the best actors I’ve ever had

Nurse
I am disappointed and maddened by a nurse's refusal to provide a physical therapist's contact information which I had been previously given by Dr. Rames. She insisted I "just wait until it arrives in the mail" therefore delaying my being able to arrange for the PT to begin as soon as possible. I've lost yet another day as the mail was just delivered and the time is 5:15 PM.

Referred
I was referred to this Dr by my PC Dr who has an office in the same building. I was not welcomed in by the staff. My husband even took off work to take me to my appointment. But we were turned away without adequate reason.

Dr. Rames has an exceptional bedside manner and really listens to you and clearly cares. Very willing to answer your questions. He walked me through diagnosis and treatment of what turned out to be two partial tears in my rotator cuff, biceps long head tendon fray, and labrum fray. I opted for the arthroscopic surgical approach he recommended, and the care at the surgery center was top notch with a great outcome and minimal pain! Dr. Rames is clearly highly skilled in such surgical repair.

I have been meaning to do this for a long time, so better late than never! Dr. Rames is amazing! He has been so caring to both of my parents. He performed a reverse shoulder replacement on my dad about two years ago. A few short months after the surgery, which went very well, my dad (at age 88) fell on the arm and broke it. It was a very difficult time but Dr. Rames and his staff were there for us every step of the way. They answered all my questions and helped me understand every decision

Dr. Rames is an outstanding surgeon. I had suffered with shoulder and arm pain for nearly two years and just didn't see how I could go on as I was much longer. He ordered my test and suggested a full shoulder replacement after he saw the results of the test. My surgery went well and my care there at St. Luke's was nothing short of amazing. I couldn't find a negative comment to make at all. I would highly recommend Dr. Rames to any one suffering from a shoulder or arm condition. Thank you Dr. R.
