Dr Rubenstein does not perform any treatment or procedure. The procedures are done by Resident Doctors in training ,operating on private patients, without supervision.But he gets paid fully from Medicare as if he is treating physician. The Residents Doctors are supposed to be in training and are not specialist in Dermatology, therefore legally can not work on a private patient without a specialist present in the treatment or operating room

Dr. Richard Rubinstein is an exceptional Dr. He listens, and gives the patient 100% of their appointment time. His knowledge and compassion goes beyond. We have been his patient for many years and always trust his diagnosis and treatment. The office staff goes the extra mile to be halpful and efficient as well. We recommend him highly.

Amazing knowledgeable caring doctor who is extremely effective in his diagnosis and treating the problem. I would highly recommend this doctor.

Developed a rash and thought it was from touching something in my garden. Went to Dr, Rubenstein and he immediately diagnosed my condition as shingles (even though I had the singles shot). Prescribed two medications and in a week my condition improved. It's three weeks later and I'm feeling great
