Dr Sidebottom is one of the most memorable and compassionate physicians I have ever met. In April of 2010, in Arlington Texas, I went into premature labor with my twins. I had experienced placental abruption. My babies and I were in distress. Dr Sidebottom was in charge of looking after my preemies. He was so thoughtful and his calm demeanor was so appreciated. He assured me that he would do his best to take excellent care of the babies. And he kept his word. He kept me frequently updated about their condition. He never told me all of the measures he took to keep them alive. He just kept them alive. He gave me updates with a kind word and genuine smile. I should have done this review sooner but the trauma of going into premature labor , having an emergency C section alone and almost losing my own life... took a heavy toll on my heart and mental faculties. I would never have these healthy 11 yr old terrors, ruining my good looks and dirtying my house if it were not for his expertise.

Got a bill for $3700. Apparently this guy was at the birth of our daughter, but I never once saw him or approved for him to be there. And of course he's outside of our Network, so insurance doesn't cover it.

If I could give him zero stars I would. Dr. Sidebottom may be very knowledgeable however he has the worst bedside manner. Our son was born early at 30 weeks. While my husband and I knew we were in a dire situation, the manner in which Dr. Sidebottom delivered this news to us was very upsetting and lacking empathy/compassion. He basically told us to pull our son of life supports without having any more tests or second opinions.
