DR Sturm very nice and answers all your questions and concerns.

I love Dr. Sturm. I've been going to him for a number of years and he has always provided me with the best care. However, the last appointment was a disaster. I got to the 9 AM appointment a half hour early. Checked in, took a seat and waited to be called. 9 AM and no call. 9:15, no call. 9:30 and no call. at 9:45 I turned to the person next to me and asked him what time his appointment was for. He said 9 AM. So I asked with which doctor? Dr. Sturm, he said, and with that another patient four seats away leaned over and said "me, too!". With that I got up and walked over to the desk and cancelled the appointment and walked out. OCLI has gotten too big. Their bottom line has become their ultimate concern at the expense of respect for their patients.

Did NOT listen to what I had come into the office for. Did a test that was irrelevant and did not do the test that I had booked after referral by other doctors. Huge wait times and then did not listen. He might as well have examined my foot instead of my eyes for what good the entire appointment was.

Dr. Sturm has been excellent all of my visits for many years. Very thorough, comprehensive examinations. Clear explanations regarding current status of eyes. You can trust Dr. Sturm will give you the best eye care. My wife and I look forward to our examinations.

Dr Sturm is an experienced and skilled ophthalmologist who diagnosed my eye problem with perfect accuracy. He has a kind and respectful bedside manner with a well-run office and very pleasant staff. I would recommend Dr. Sturm without hesitation.

I absolutely trust Dr. Sturm with my eyes and all aspects of the care of them. I don't think I can give a greater recommendation of trust and confidence.
