the provider is ok. But there must be no or very little quality control. as in I was receiving an injection in each arm. I missed the time frame to continue to the next level of solution. I expected to remain at the previous level. This was in March 2024. I was told that there had been a mistake with my injections. They had been giving me the same solution in both arms, not the two different solutions. SINCE OCTOBER OF 2023. This is not acceptable. How did this fall through? they had 6 months to correct this. It took 6 months for someone to catch this.

No physical exam. No education. No opportunity for questions when office staff followed up with lab work. No guidance/instruction. Poor provider. I could hear him sigh, and huff air prior to visit.
