The encounter with dr. waguespack was the worst I have ever experienced. He was rude and profoundly insulting and totally unwilling to even listen to my concerns. I knew I was not being overly sensitive because he had several interns with him and I could see the astonished expressions on their faces as he addressed me in such a condescending manner . I immediately sought another ENT at another hospital who provided optimal and respectful medical care. I would never refer him to anyone.

Would NOT recommend Dr Waguespack to anyone. He would not listen to me at all. I was a new patient and was trying to give him my history and tell him my new symptoms. He did not care to hear what I had to say. He kept cutting me off like he thought I was a stupid idiot! Wasted my time and copay, he did nothing for me. Now I have to try to find another new Doctor. I had waited a long time for this appt. What a waste

UAB Otolaryngology was extremely professional, prompt and followed all UAB policies and procedures to an impressive perfection. Dr. Waguespack's NP was very thorough and kind when going over the new patient history with me. My previous ENT had some issues in sending over my previous medical records and the UAB ENT staff were quick to call and retrieve the medical records immediately! Dr. Waguespack was very down to earth, took time to listen to me and hear my concerns. A+
