Good doctors LOUSY staff !
Telehealth
I finally got the correct diagnosis I was looking for from a PA !! Tom Frank !! Dr. Wieners bedside manner is little to be desired, but I get my Rx despite this from a VERY GOOD PA Tom Frank. The front office and other staff have no idea is going on. Seems a shame they don’t have competent staff to run the place more smoothly. Good luck with ANYONE answering the phone !!

I can't believe the difference
I got to the office, didn't have to wait long, got into the exam room. Dr. Weiner checked me and setup Ultrasound, numbed the area, and proceed while asking question regarding pain. I will honestly tell you after going so long managing my pain, to walk both my Golden's with out wincing is incredible. I am not sure how long this will last, but I am one happy camper! Can't wait for my follow-up visit. If you need pan solution! this is the place!!

Dr Weiner is caring, smart, paitient and very kind. He is well worth waiting the extra time to see him. He never rushes or disregards you. He takes his time and is through with every patient. The office staff is very friendly and competent. Best of all, they actually answer the phone when you call. I cannot say enough good about Dr Weiner and his staff.

Invaluable !!
I am so blessed to have found Dr. Weiner as a Workers Comp patient. It's so difficult to find any decent Pain Mgmt in general. Dr. Weiner is so knowledgeable and he has been fantastic to work with including his staff. He also has a surgery center where he does so many types of Pain procedures. He's not a pill mill like other places I've been. I've been able to try samples of Nurtec for chronic migraines which led to my Adjuster authorizing this state of the art CGRP technology for my care. I'm doing better from less stress for creative pain management, and I really feel completely involved and proactive in my care. God bless him and his 25 year+ practice!

Amazing Doctors, Bad Seeds
I’ve been a patient for 5 years. Dr. Weiner and Tom are amazing. The staff is friendly and pleasant except the medical assistant Connie she is mentally unstable, and has never taken my vital signs… in 5 years. The Office Manager Ms. Barett should NOT be allowed to interact with patients. She has zero concept of patient satisfaction. In the 5 years I’ve been a patient I ran into her for the first time last month and she treated me like I was a drug addict. She treated me with so much disrespect, that I’m looking for a new pain management doctor. I have such a great relationship with Tom and Dr Weiner that it hurts me to say goodbye. The office manager is literally the rudest, most insulting, disrespectful and foul human being I’ve ever had to interact with.

I have recommended Dr. Weiner to quite a few people. I have been his patient for a number of years. I used to be bedrriden but thanks to the pain management solutions he has given me, I am active and my pain is under good control. Besides the Baclofen Infusion Pump Dr. Weiner surgically implanted, I have had epidurals at his office in Temecula. I'm pleased with the care I have received at every level. I will not go any place else for my pain management. I highly recommend Dr. Weiner.

I found the other reviews accurate. He goes over your medical, what your doctor sent you for, has a great professional group to do epidermals. Wait was never long. They follow protocals and procefures plus show an imtetest in you.

I have been treated by Dr. Weiner's office three times, and all three times the staff was profession, courteous, and caring. I couldn't have asked for a better experience (the only thing that could have been better, would be not to need their services). Dr. J and Dr. Weiner are in the business to help people, and that's the feeling you get when you see them, I highly recommend them.

I can't talk about the doctor directly because I left before I actually saw him. I was told my appointment was at 10 but the day before they informed me it was actually at 11. I was told that they would get my medical history and when I got there they said they never did it but if I wanted them to have it I can get it myself. I waited for over an hour in an empty waiting room then after going over my paperwork with someone I waited over 30 mins in the exam room. Very unprofessional. Won't return
