Dr. Richelle Keleman, MD

Dr. Keleman has seen our children since birth (now 17 and 13) - she has always been kind, responsive and not rushing. Her staff has been nothing short of fantastic, they are kind and professional. She and her staff listen to you and your concerns. I trust her 100%

She always listens to my concerns and has been overly cautious when needed. Staff has always been kind and helpful. She didn’t push when we delayed or separated vaccines even though she is provaccine. My little boys love everyone there and they are comfortable with them during shots. I never feel like we are “money” here which isn’t the case with my own physician. Dr K gives me her knowledge and options then we make a decision together on how to treat my children. We have almost always been able to be seen ASAP when I call at opening for an emergency (but not ER emergency). A Dr at Akron’s children’s told me she is too overly cautious but I’d rather that than not worried enough. Office is always clean as well!

I do not trust her.

She doesn't push me to vaccinate like some doctors / random people would. She's great!

Dr. Keleman herself is wonderful, her office manager/ medical assistant leaves a lot to be desired. She makes you feel like an idiot and has a terrible bedside manner
