How informative the doctor was in words I could understand

Dr Chadha listened to my symptoms of constipation that have been going on for a long time despite healthy eating and a high fiber diet. He was able to diagnose me based on these symptoms. He put me on a pill that has finally brought relief and I am so grateful.

Dr. Chada is a caring doctor who listens to you and discusses what can be done. He’s a warm and friendly doctor who doesn’t rush you and makes sure you are comfortable with what has been planned.

Dr. Chadha and his staff are so warm and friendly. Although I was not at all nervous, I can only assume a lot of patients come in really amped up about this procedure. They make you feel comfortable, welcome, and they answer all of your questions. They don't make you feel rushed or just like another number. After the procedure, Dr. Chada comes back to speak with you about what he found during the procedure, which really puts you at ease. And in a few days you get a written report. I highly recommend Dr Chadha and his entire staff. You won't be sorry.

The Dr. himself was good. I trusted him . The Orland Park office was courteous, but the Palos office appointment staff were ignorant and rude. I explained I already had a procedure done by the Dr a few days earlier and needed to see the Dr. I was told I couldn't see him until December, 4 months away, or I could see the nurse sooner. I'm paying to see the Doctor not the nurse. The Dr. told me to follow up with him if I needed to. Afterall I am not a new patient. Where is that personalized treatment? The Palos office already lied to me earlier when I originally booked my appointment with Dr. Kosmala. I asked for him only and was told yes it would be him. I even checked with them 2 weeks before that appointment, and after waiting 3 and 1/2 months, only to find out when I showed up it wasn't Dr. Kosmala but Dr. Chadha! I spoke with Dr. Chadha and agreed to let him take care of me. A patients trust is of utmost importance. Will these comments even reach Dr. Chadha? I have my doubts.

First time using Dr. Chadha for a colonoscopy and was very pleased with him and his team. They made me feel very comfortable and explained everything to me prior and post procedure. Already recommended him to my brother.

I only met this Dr. In the hospital for a procedure for the first time but he was very pleasant, asked if I had any questions and great bedside manner. He talked to me briefly, and smiled the whole time. Very comforting at a time that could have been stressful.

This procedure is not favorable but Dr Chadha made me feel comfortable and confinement things would go well and it did.

What a wonderful doctor! After going to another doctor for a couple years with no relief, My neurologist suggested Dr. Chadha. I am finally in remission, with an improved quality of life. He takes time to listen. Thank you!

I would never walk into Palos hospital again because of this doctor. I was in and out of the hospital with severe pain, and continually being told it was gastritis. He did a scope and said “mild gastritis”… had be sit in recovery room for over 2.5 hours (changing insurance) because “he wanted to talk to me before sending me back to my room”.. he has no sense of other peoples time, money, or lives. The last time I talked to dr. Chadha, I was told “up your meds. If you are not feeling better after 3 months, come see me again…” 2 weeks later, I was having emergency abdominal surgery, at a different hospital with a new doctor, for a full obstruction of the small intestine. That obstruction was cancer. I would avoid Dr. Chadha at all costs.

Dr. Chadha is great! He's not just some whitecoat who talks AT you in medical terms. He's conversational in his approach and takes the time to listen to you. He's the only doctor I've ever dealt with that was immediately friendly, not like there was some invisible wall between Dr and Patient and he was just doing what he had to do. He made me feel like a person, that he cared about and was going to help, not like I was just some patient - part of a revolving door. I really appreciated him. I would recommend him to everyone who needs a gastroenterologist!

I was not impressed with Dr. Chada after meeting him on several occasions, he still had to be reminded, by me, his patient, why we were doing the procedure!! Epic Fail in my opinion!

Dr. Chadha, makes the process so easy and is such a professional. I highly recommend him to everyone. His bedside manner makes the whole process easy.
