Dr. Tate and staff are excellent healthcare providers and very attentive to my needs. I always feel that I am being listened to and respected when I call or visit the clinic. I highly recommend Dr. Tate to anyone seeking a primary care physician!!

I miss Dr Tate he was the best Dr I ever had he showed that he love his job and he took the time to listen to his paitens
