Dr. Ricky Leff, MD

I spent an hour and a half in the waiting room and to discover when called back for my appointment that he wasn't even in the office. He was at the hospital, as he was new to the practice and "on call." While I certainly understand a provider having to be on call, I do not understand being scheduled take call AND being scheduled to see patients in the office at the same time. I was not even informed by office staff and given the option to reschedule until I had wasted 2 hours of my time for a visit that obviously was not going to take place that day as he was in surgery. There were also a half dozen other patients awaiting visits when I left that were also not informed he was in surgery. As someone who works in the medical field, I understand offices can be busy and wait times can be a little over the scheduled appointment time on occasion, but it is not acceptable to keep patients uninformed of a situation that could lead to excessively long wait times or result in not being seen by the provider as scheduled. My time is just as valuable as that of the doctor to discover it has been needlessly wasted and after taking time off work for the appointment. I will find a different provider since this practice is so poorly managed and inconsiderate to patients, I suggest you consider doing the same.

He was my OB through my pregnancy and postpartum care. He is thoughtful, good at listening to issues and overall a great doctor.

He was very attentive to my complaints.

I’ve had several issues during the course of my pregnancy (this is my first) resulting in numerous trips to Jackson ER. Each time I was seen by Dr. Leff and each time he was simply amazing. He was thorough from start to finish and I never felt as though I had to ‘pull’ information out of him (unlike my reg OB/GYN). He took time to address my questions/concerns which have been many as a 1st time mom. As a result I left my other providers in late 3rd trimester and joined Dr. Leff’s patient group.

Dr leff is the best doctor around Marianna fl he made me comfortable and he took good care of me and my son

Dr. Leff was amazing all around. He was my doctor from the middle of my second trimester until delivery. I had many questions and concerns, especially with it being my first child, but he was sure to make me feel comfortable and he was extremely informative. He is highly recommended.
