He's been my Dr. since he began. He's kind and happy knowledgeable.

I went in for my annual physical, first visit. Dr suggested I took a blood test knowing I had breakfast an hour prior, at the time I didn’t know you’re supposed to fast the night prior. I received a call from his staff with the results showing that I’m high risk for a heart attack and my LDL levels were very high for my age (I’m 37). By then I realized I had to fast prior and it was inaccurate. They were adamant that I got on medication. I requested another test since these results were obviously inaccurate and the office manager (Bertha) gave me a hard time rescheduling. She was horrible. Made me feel like it was my fault and I should have known to fast. I ended up getting a second opinion with a cardiologist and got a proper blood test and my cholesterol levels are perfectly fine. DO NOT go here. The Dr himself is ok but his staff is incompetent and very rude.

I've been with doctor Franco for over 15 years. He has diagnosed me correctly anytime I've had a problem. Hes fantastic.

I've been Dr. Franco's patient for many years, over 20. His staff has been friendly and efficient. Appointments are easy to get and not too far into the future. Dr. Franco is very pleasant and puts me at ease. He listens to me and clarifies that he understands what I have said and makes his determinations based on my symptoms and my story. Most importantly, I start to feel better days after seeing him. I recommend him wholeheartedly!

what an arrogant so and so. I'm there for 5 minutes before this dude starts telling me a story about the patient he saw before me. an embarrassing story. he rushes me through. tells me a few of my questions are dumb and hurriedly gives me some scripts and ushers me out the door. When's trying to pick up prescriptions the pharmacist tells me the doctor needs to call the insurance company to get approval. I call the doctors office and the person tells me they don't call. Pay full price.

Dr Franco is a brilliant doctor and diagnostician. He is so nice and spends plenty of time with you. He and his staff are excellent.

Dr. Franco is the best doctor in the world I don't know what I would do without him.

The doctor has no patience. I was filling out the papers that they gave me and my baby woke up crying and as soon as I was going to pick him up he screamed from the inside to take the baby out of the office. Therefore i didn't know it was the doctor until I got inside and he said sorry but he was very stressed.

Dr Franco is seriously a God send he is such a humanitarian physician don't care about time when he is taking care of his and there well been. He is extreamly cautioned about your test and a fast aggressive decision maker when he has to. Really love him all my family is seen by him wouldn't be other wise. God bless him and his staff witch are a valuable piece to his office
