This doctor thinks she's God. Highly mistaken Office Makes on referrals and don't listen the first time to prolong medical attention multiple mistakes., extremely poor staff and combative doctor. Not to mention a dirty office. And an unprofessional attitude. They need to come to work with a good attitude and not try to push people around or not listen to referral requirements total waste of time

My experience with Rinku Shrivastava was disturbing and I would not recommend this doctor. Unfortunately, my doctor of several years retired in early 2023, so I had to find another PCP. I selected Dr. Rinku after a quick search online to mixed reviews. I understand that finding a good doctor is much like finding a good therapist – it must be a good match. So, I knew that I would have to engage my doctor over a period of time to make a final decision. I was hospitalized for the second time in May. I quickly reached out to Dr. Rinku to schedule an urgent follow-up appointment after my discharge. Specifically, I wanted to get a referral to further investigate the condition and order lab work to monitor my health to be sure that I was on an upward trend. I must say that Desiree, the office staff was Dr. Rinku’s saving grace. She was kind, accommodating and extremely helpful while I was in the hospital. She coordinated the urgent appointment and worked to get the discharge papers to Dr. Ri

Dr. Rinku is really great. She is patient, thorough and explains things to her patients. She has great follow through and I feel at ease when I go see her.

My son and I both go to Dr. Shrivastava and her colleagues in her office. She is kind and caring and I have the utmost confidence in her as a Doctor. I have also seen her PA Victoria and Susan and am very happy with them as well. The whole office staff is so sweet and caring. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my medical care and often refer friends and family if they are looking for a doctor. In fact my partner now sees them. Thank you for care. I think you guys are the best!

All I can say about Dr. Shrivastava is WOW!!!! OMG...she is a godsend!! She's absolutely amazing. Supreme bed-side manners & humor (which totally disarmed & relaxed my mom - whew), warm/compassionate listener, and very thorough in all of her questions as she was reconstructing my mom's past 30 years of medical history. I almost cried just sitting there watching it all unfold.:) She spent almost 2 hours with us!!! I now have hope again. EVERY doctor should imitate her SUPERIOR patient skills!
