The first visit with Dr Bermudez is one that I will never forget. I was in such an emotional anxiety filled state for the EMG test but her calm, compassionate, caring spirit truly made all the difference. Through each part of the test, she explained what she was doing and why. Dr Bermudez's care, knowledge and grace is definitely next level; she exemplifies and embodies what all healthcare professionals should strive to be. She made me feel so safe, seen. and heard (which is rare in this broken healthcare system). I would 100% recommend her! Rita downplayed how difficult it would be to obtain a medical certificate because of a DUI with a high BAC I received 8 years ago. If she would have explained to me what the process would have been like given my high BAC, and what other options I had to still fly with trying to obtain a medical certificate (ie. becoming of a sport pilot), I could have been in the air sooner and saved myself thousands of dollars trying to get my certification pushed through the FAA's bureaucratic nightmare process.

I love Dr. Bermudez she is very warm and very professional,she treat people with care. And she listens I have been a patient of Dr. Bermudez for years. I have been provided treatment for cervical dystonia with Dr. Bermudez for over five years. She is well educated and anxious to help in the relief of this condition, and I anticipate each quarterly visit to her office directly across from McKinley Park in Sacramento.
