unprofessional
I'm a retired medical professional and was stunned at the unprofessional climate in this office. When I called to get a Synthroid prescription renewed I was berated by the person answering the phone implying I should just contact my primary physician to renew my prescription. I use a mail order RX company and. for years have had RX for one year with three month renewals automatically. When I asked why Dr. Jain can't do that the receptionist stated I should use my primary. I have taken Synthroid due to surgical removal of the thyroid 22 years ago so it is a necessary daily drug, There is absolutely no need to use an endocrinologist if they can't take care of their patients, especially when the receptionist cannot adequately communicate with the patient or the doctor. Unbelievable.

Totally Dedicated
I have been Dr. Jain’s patient for several years for my Diabetes 2 care. She is totally dedicated and phenomenally efficient, recommending and prescribing the latest technologies and medical breakthroughs. Whenever there is the slightest question, Dr. Jain or one of her staff members call me at home to ensure accuracy. I highly recommend her for all your endocrinology needs.

I was supposed to be a new patient in Dec 2021. I waited over a month for an appointment and then they cancelled me once before. This week they tell me there are no doctors for my apt on 12/28. Previously they told me on the phone I may see the MD or the PA, depends on the day and patient load. What????? Dr. Jain was referred to me by my PCM but after all of the red flags on the phone, I said no thanks the other day and notified my PCM. I should have paid attention to the reviews online instead of waiting 6 weeks, to just see how dysfunctional they are. How is it you run a medical office and then just decide to take an extra week off after Christmas and leave your patients hanging? Disgraceful......

If you're looking for a endocrinologist, keep looking. My husband's gone here for almost two years and has never seen her, never been examined, etc. The insulin pump educators are good that's one star for her staff. Her office staff is rude and very unprofessional, terrible attitude. If I could give no stars, I would. Terrible.

Dumped me as a patient because she didn't like me pushing back on delays in seeing her and the fact that I wanted her to deal with my endocrinology issues vs my PCP. Told me I needed to find another endocrinologist. Glad to find more receptive doctor.

Horrible service. I have spent money to take out of work, pay the deductible, pay for blood work, all for me to see the Nurse Practisioner. She wasn't prepared. The firs question was how much do you weight? They just weight me. If you had my file with you, you would know. I paid to see Dr. Jain, not the nurse. I specifically called to see if the Dr needed to see me because of my blood work. They said, Yes. So I paid all that money, and the Nurse said... Have you tried to do exercise? REALLY!! I

I learned more about my health issues from her nurse practitioner, Susan. Susan would take the time to explain things to you and seemed to genuinely care. Dr. Jain never even bothered to look at my feet, which I understand is a standard thing to do when you have a patient who has diabetes with complications with their feet. She always seemed to rush you in and out and was very brief with discussing your health problems. I decided to seek out a new doctor and am very happy that I did.

Younever feel rushed she will answer all of your questions . She is prompt I have never had to wait more than15 minutes. Her office and staff are equally suited. She really does care about each and every patient . I just wish that all Dr. Would have it together perhaps she could open a school to teach them how to deal with patients with kindness compassion. It is something she loves to do and you can feel the love she truly is a 5 star office and caregiver.

I have to agree with reviews I read about Dr. Jain not seeming to care about her patients and being more concerned about how much money she can make. I was just charged an additional amount of money that nearly doubled what I normally pay her. When I asked why she charged me more money she said she was now charging more based on the multiple health conditions she discusses with you during an appt. This is absolutely ludicrous! I will no longer have her for my Dr. Very unprofessional & rude!

She may indeed be a wonderful doctor, however you may have major problems contacting the office, and getting a call back. There's a recording and a message to leave your number, but I've tried for a week, and called numerous times. Not one call back. The doctor needs to know this. I finally gave up, and found another endocrinologist. Thanks
