I received text info prior To visit stating that masks were a requirement for all patient staff and visitors. I was appalled that hardly any staff, doctors, visitors or patients were wearing masks. I am 71 years old and do not want to get Covid. I was reassured by your message, and then very disconcerted and dissatisfied to find out that you did not mean what you said in the text you sent me. I would appreciate an explanation.

The parking is terrible at Orange. For a cancer center, how do they expect patients and seniors to wait outside for so long to get their car. It's very stressful and chaotic. There needs to be better parking arrangement for valet. It's not worth the $1.50 we are charged. It should be free for cancer patients, considering the bills we have to pay.

Dr, Mehta had thoroughly reviewed my chart before our visit and was aware of my results from those tests. She is a knowledgeable and very caring physician whom I would absolutely recommend to anyone facing oncology treatment. I left our visit satisfied that she had answered all of my concerns.
