Did not listen to me during delivery. Lied when asked questions in regard to it.

Dr. Shats did what she wanted and did not listen to my concerns. She “fixed” a problem that I wasn’t concerned about. Over $5k later and many weeks of recovery, travel time and cost for me to be in the same place I started. I am a mother of 4 that was so excited to finally have the appearance I wanted and invest in myself for a change. I do not have thousands to spend on myself or the time to set aside to recover again. After I expressed this to her she offered no solutions except that she would answer any questions I had “next week”… I repeated to her that I have no questions, just extremely sad because this was my only shot. I’m not sure if this is a technique used to up sell another service to get me back on the surgery table but that’s exactly how I feel. I have text messages between us where she clearly ignores my concerns and photos if anyone would like to reach out. I would hate for this to happen to anyone else. I truly trusted Dr. Shats

Dr.Shat is amazing ,so happy to meet her ,and thanks to my friend that refer me to Dr.shat ,i was looking for a women DR.for such a long time and found the best, highly recommended

This was the first time I saw Dr Shats and I was impressed by the cordial ways the staff and Dr. Shats have. I have bad back and I was diagnosed with limbe girdle myopathy. It effects the limbs and shoulders. It is a muscular dystrophy kind of disease and progressively effect the proximal muscle. If I lay flat I cannot breathe. Dr Shats put me in another room and I was impressed of the chair that she had, I had not seen that with other ob/gyn This chair is especially made for people like myself that can't walk or lay down. I breezed the examination very comfortable. I thanked her for having done that room for people like myself. I would strongly recommend Dr Shats to all women that need an ob/gyn. The staff is amazing and the Dr is one of a kind. Thank you Dr. Shats for making the examination comfortable for me and many others like me.

Dr. Shat was amazing, kind & takes her time with her patients. I have an upcoming DNC an I fully trust her with my care. She is very thorough and concise and explains all your options to you. I was very impressed with her and her staff. She now will be my new gyn. It is nice to see a Doctor and not a PA. I think she is worth the wait and I was seen within 20 minutes of my appointment time.

I was pregnant and experiencing a miscarriage. Dr. Shats saw me immediately without an appointment. Was extremely compassionate and made me feel at ease during this difficult time. Very kind and great bedside manner.

Very friendly, makes you feel at ease in the exam room. Great personality overall.

If you are willing to have an 11am appointment and leave at 145pm then i suggest this doctor! They are terrible with time you will never be seen at the time of your appointment. If you have an 11am appointment and someone has a 12pm apppointment and they show up at 1050 and you show up at 1055 they will get seen before you.

My wife called to potentially transfer her required medical services regarding her pregnancy from her current provider to Dr. Shatz and their office called the current provider to inform them and then declined to accept the transfer breaking confidentiality procedures. As a highly educated professional, this is terrible industry practices that cannot go unreported.

She has such an amazing personality, made me feel at ease during my visits. I will definitely go to her again

From the minute you meet Dr Shats you feel at ease ; my whole pregnancy was a little bit of a roller coaster with my blood pressure and even delivery but each time I was with them I was relaxed because I knew I had the best Drs and practice on my side . 2 years later I have a beautiful healthy baby girl and I know when baby #2 comes around I will get the same amount of attention .

Best doctor...She saved my life!!! So grateful I found her!
