Telehealth
I asked Dr. Chandra - “how can you be certain without tests?” She said “because I have a degree”. I asked Dr. Chandra “why are you being rude?” She then discharged my child from the practice. Medicaid recipients deserve better care. We should be able to see better doctors. She is terrible.

I love this Clinic
I became a patient at Preferred Medical group in 2019 and I have had nothing but good experiences since. Dr. Danzler helped with my anxiety and mental state. Dr. Chandra has provided great nurses and staff at the office and even the office manager is very invovled making sure everything and everyone is taken care of

Super Friendly Staff
I didn't know this clinic existed until the recent back to school bashes that they attended and being so involved in Russell county. I would recommend the ft. Mitchell clinic to anyone who is looking for a great, down home specialist for their children or themselves. Rebecca and Chelsy provided a lot of information and I am excited to join preferred medical group as soon as possible!!!

Preferred Medical Group
Dr Chandra been so helpful with my children shes been very helpful and understanding she will listen to my concerns she's also express her concerns as well , We are on same page as page as well we are a team for my family . I highly recommend her office and Dr Roger as well , Dr Dantzler as well. Im planning on staying with this office . I love everyone here , Everyone is very helpful

Rockstar Clinic!
I brought both of my sons into the office to see Dr. Chandra and Dr. Danzler and together those two women helped so much with our worries and concerns. We always felt like they were genuinely cared about giving us the best treatment possible, I wouldn't go any place other than Preferred Medical Group

Excellent doctor
My daughter sees Dr. Chandra regularly. Dr Chandra is top notch at determining my daughters medical issues, just from meeting my daughter Dr. Chandra pin pointed her exact medical issues. She is definitely here for her patients. I really appreciate Dr. Chandra for helping me with my daughters needs and putting her on the right medications. After having my daughter tested several times at other clinics Dr Chandra is the one who determined exactly how to deal with our issue. I would recommend Dr. Chandra to anyone asking for a pediatrician.

I have never been to a doctor who makes life changing prognoses without past medical records, assessments, or seeing a child in person. I totally question any knowledge that this doctor claims to have snd wonder how many other children have diagnoses that aren’t accurate. So sad and disappointing.

Dr. Chandra is so patient and down to earth. I trust her whole heatedly with both my children's care. One of my kids are special needs and couldn't be in better hands. Amber (office manager) and Amanda are great as well.
