Big Disconnect
I was given an at-home sleep test that I mailed in. I had so much trouble using the test (lots of wires and clamps) that I thought I'd need a redo. I saw Dr. Grewal via telemedicine. I felt disconnected from her; like she was busy doing something else. I felt rushed. When I told her my concerns all she said was the test showed I have severe sleep apnea. I know I do, but my concern was that I never slept using the test equipment. The script for my CPAP was held up for two months due to Dr. Grewal mislabeling the provider name. Keep in mind that it was held up for another 2 months due to the Philips recall. I had to call to find out why it was never sent. I am delighted with my CPAP provider who is not Dr. Grewal. I am extremely pleased with the sleep doctor I see under her. I'm unsure why I saw Dr. Grewal and have never heard from her since.

I initially saw Dr. Grewal for about 20 minutes. That was the only time i ever saw her. Four followup visits were with a nurse. Whenever I called to speak to Dr. Grewal, I was transferred to a "Medical Assistant". NEVER did I receive a call back by Dr. Grewal. Medical assistants are not licensed health professionals. They are administrative assistants who know how to take blood pressure readings, ask questions and enter answers in a computer. Worst medical care I ever received from a doctor!
