Excellent revision surgery
I fractured my hip in Denver and was taking to Denver General where ma poor surgery was done. I still had pain and a limp. Dr Baer did revision surgery putting in a shorter pin at a better angle. No pain now and no limp. I’m walking up to two miles a day. Dr Baer is pleasant and professional.

Best Orthopedic Doctor
Broke my tibia plateau in July 2023. Dr Baer repaired it and did a super job. I’m up and walking in 2 legs again. He explained my injury, took the time to show me the X-rays, and explained the surgery to fix my knee. He is friendly, open and has a great sense of humor along with being the best surgeon I have ever been too. Thank you Dr. Baer.

Dr. Baer surgically repaired my broken wrist (both bones) after casting for six weeks did not result in appropriate healing. He is a wonderful doctor, very caring, and he took time to listen to my concerns and answer all questions I had. I trust him implicitly, and that is coming from someone in healthcare for 35 years. His office staff were great and I had no problems getting appointments. I would recommend him very highly.

Fantastic Doctor
Dr. Baer has been most thorough in his assessment of me. While being very professional, he was caring and at the same time amusing. These qualities are so admirable and desirable in the medical field.

Sport Injury
Dr. Baer was such a blessing to my 15 yo son and our family. He broke his tibia close to the end of the football season (October) and was devastated. Dr. Baer was very knowledgeable & professional, with amazing bedside manner. My son was comfortable and he asked questions to make sure he did everything correct. By explaining treatments and instructions thoroughly, my son was able to start training & building strength for spring track in January. I would highly recommend Dr. Baer to any family of a student athlete, to ensure that their future continues to look up and have high hopes with the correct healing and treatment!

Dr. Baer repaired my broken wrist after a bad fall three years ago. He put in plates and screws and I have full range of motion and can't tell that I have hardware in my wrist. He has also repaired two friends of mine... one with broken wrist and one with multiple serious fractures after a bad motorcycle accident. All three of us are super thankful that Dr. Baer was our surgeon. Great surgeon and communicator.

I accidentally fell and broke my leg. Dr. Baer had to do 2 surgeries on me in 3 months. 20 months after the last surgery I was still in so much pain that I went to urgent care and found I had cancer growing out of the original break in my leg. Upon review of the first 2 surgery reports I found pathology had commented on both surgerys that something was wrong with the break initially. Those concerns were never discussed with me at any point in the 14 months I was doing follow up visits with Dr. B

Great communication before the surgery of the options, the surgery went well with no complications, but would have preferred a physical therapy referral sooner. Future patients might want to request physical therapy sooner to make sure they're on track if it's a concern. Overall, a great surgeon and would recommend to anyone!

Dr Baer has done three surgeries on me after my leg was shattered in a bad car accident and had a compound facture with a change to lose my leg. While his partner Dr Jackson did my first surgery in the ER, during a follow up the next day in the hospital Dr Jackson let me now that Dr Baer would be doing my next surgery and let me know he was doing it because he was the best. If it was not for Dr Baer I am not sure where I would be today and am so glad he was the one working on me.

Terrible. After a horrible car accident involving over a dozen broken bones. I was discharged from PVH without ANY follow up appointments. After being on major pain medicine. He just cut me off cold turkey. Said I should have been set up with pain management. I literally was discharged without one follow up appointment. Not even to get my staples out. I finally was able to get a pcp. She was livid at the fact that I left without any follow up whatsoever. It's barely been 3 weeks since discharge.
