We didn't connect on my first appointment.
In my 76 years he's the most difficult and rude doctor I've ever met. I tried to give him a folder of health information and he didn't seem to care. He questioned the accuracy of some of my information like I was lying about my health. Appointment became so tense we agreed to cancel the effort and I left and he erased any charges I had for the appointment. I spent my life in the U. of Michigan Medical Center for health care. I'm used to the best doctors providing the best medical care possible.

Stays pretty much on schedule, so there's minimal wait time. Very knowledgable. Will take the time to explain in layman's terms so I fully understand what's going on. Would highly recommend him. Communicates well with patient's family.

Dr Baker has been treating me for high blood(BP) pressure issues for a little more than a year now. Part of my problem is the NSAIDS I've been taking for osteoarthritis in my lower back. Dr Baker has been very understanding and adjusted my prescriptions to get my BP in a recommended range , along with recommendations to help me get there. I've been lucky to have found this Dr. , especially because he takes the time listening to any questions or concerns I may have, explaining clearly his diagnosis. My appointment time has always been adhered to, and the office surroundings are very clean and sanitized. Dr Baker's office staff are are very professional and refined. Phone calls to the office are returned within a very short period of time, which I really appreciate. A special recognition to one of his staff Monica, for being so helpful on many occasions returning my calls promptly. If you are looking for a good Cardiac Doctor I urge you to try Dr. Baker.

Dr. Baker is a great Cardiologist. I've been seeing him for a little over a year now. Recently I was admitted to the hospital for chest pain and was told to follow up with Dr. Baker when I get out. I called Friday late day and they got me in on Monday. And the waiting time is great as well. Never have to wait too long

Dr. Baker takes his time while talking to his patients and he listens! He is very caring and I love the fact that he personally called to check on me shortly after my cardiac ablation . The procedure itself was perfect, 10 years later - no more horrible SVTs . I strongly recommend his services .
