Dr. Robert Ball, DO

So I went in today and saw Beatriz. I am totally disappointed with her care. She basically gave me the bums rush! Said there isn’t anything she could do for me. Referred me to a cancer ctr for some infusion. Which she failed to explain to me. I have never been treated so rudely by someone in the healthcare industry. Dr Ball needs to do a better job of training her. I doubt if I’ll ever be back and I will not ever recommend your practice as long as she’s there. I guess now I’m looking for a new pain management dr.

My husband has been under the care of Dr Ball for several years, and has received excellent care. I found Dr Ball very knowledgeable. He is a caring doctor who is sympathetic to his patient's pain, and tries to relieve it. Dr Ball gave my husband his life back. I highly recommend him.

Been seeing Dr Ball for some time now. Not only has he assisted with EXTREME back pain, but he also alleviated my migraine headaches. He and his staff are courteous. They take time to listen to your concerns and address them professionally & timely. I am THANKFUL I found Dr Ball

I’m a retired anesthesiologist, and until I met Dr. Ball, I had suffered from chronic low back pain, and had failed previous procedures. Dr. Ball was able to very efficiently correctly identify the source of my pain, but also schedule and perform the Intracept procedure. I’m about 11 days post procedure and I’m feeling much better than I have in years. The procedure and recovery have been extremely easy, and I’m hopeful for continued improvement, as Dr Ball had predicted. I had done my research before choosing him and I feel he’s the best option because of his experience both teaching and performing this procedure. I can highly recommend Dr Ball for his attention, level of concern, and technical expertise.

Several family members have found Dr. Ball to be an excellent and professional physician. He has helped us better manage our pain and his team of medical staff is stellar. They make the process so easy and comfortable that there is no stress at all going there for treatments. I tried another Pain Management office in another state with no benefit at all. Dr. Ball very quickly and correctly identified the source of my back pain, which the other facility never did. He knows what he’s doing and I don’t hesitate to recommend him and his team highly.

You leave in more pain than when you arrived.

Every time I have met with Dr. Ball, he has cut me off as I described my symptoms. He has actually gotten up and walked away in response to me stating that previous injections with another practice didn't work. He is dismissive and defensive if I ask questions. He seems to only be interested in speaking to me if there is a potential procedure he can charge for.

Very rude. Terrible bedside manner. Extremely dismissive of symptoms. Actively made my pain worse and then refused to do anything to fix it. Would recommend severing a limb before seeing this doctor for any issue.

I don’t know how anyone can give this doctor less than a 5. He is compassionate, gentle, and so knowledgeable in what he does. He does exactly what his practice is Pain Management without drugs.

Inefficient. Sat for an hour then asked to fill out paperwork. Staff rude.

Chronic back pain treated with epidural steroid injection and ablation in future. Dr. Ball very knowledgeable, excellent explanations of disease/treatment plan. Very professional! Excellent infection control and professionalism by entire staff. I am retired RN and was very impressed!!!

I want to be pain-free!

A waste of time and money.

I would never recommend anyone to Dr. Ball. I would tell people to stay away. He will promise you the world of feeling good and doesn't do anything. I believe he has a "God Complex". The girls in his office are horrific! Also the PE actually waved her finger in my face, telling me that she didn't say something that I'm sure she said, when I explained when she said it she remembered and just blew it off. I tried for 7 months to get pain relief. I finally went somewhere else.

I just went to see Dr. Ball and I believe after talking to him he will be able to help me. Looking forward for the treatment he talk about . I like his out look on his approach .. Steve R.

In two visit he changed his treatment plan three times, each one becoming more expensive to the insurance company.

I’ve been trying to make a new patient appointment and it’s impossible to talk to someone. I’ve left a message 5-6 times and have not received a call back. You’ve had my referral for 4 days now.

Pain free, owe it to Dr. Ball and his staff! Thank you.

Thank God for Dr. Ball. On the occasions when I have had to see him, he gave me great relief from pain. I would have no fear in recommending him to anyone who is in pain.
