Dr. Robert Benigar, MD

I would not trade him for Any doctor. He is the most intent listener. He cares about me and my mental health. He is personable. So easy to talk to. He answers my questions. Ask me if I feel like we need to change anything. I am blessed to be his patient for around 17 years. 10 stars.

I called Dr. Benigar's office to make a new patient appointment for my 13yo and was told that the office won't see patients under the age of 16. Even though I brought it to the office's attention that their own website states he works with: child, adolescent and adult.

First, his staff is friendly, caring and just all around awesome. Dr. Benigar is ONE OF A KIND. He is attentive; nothing is too small or big for him to handle. He is a bright star in a dark world. He sincerely wants to help and his smile will melt your heart. He does not judge - he is like a warm, comfortable blanket. If you are in a sea of despair, call him. After our sessions, I feel uplifted and happy. There is something very special about Dr. Benigar that sets him apart from other providers. We live in very unstable times right now - the leadership of our country makes the word "awful" not a strong enough word. Our government has betrayed us all. Go ahead and make a positive change in your life by reaching out to Dr. Benigar. He is genuine, gentle and I look forward to our meetings. He is, by far, the best in his practice than anybody I've ever known.

Dr. B has seen me through some major tragedies in my life, beginning in 2012. He really cares so caring and is a good human! . I can’t recommend him enough!

I’ve been seeing Dr Benigar for years. Nobody like him!!

I was diagnosed with clinical depression and anxiety while working in a Covid ICU during the pandemic. I was in a very dark place and I am so thankful that I found Dr Benigar, he saved my life. Just recently, I suffered the tragic loss of my husband and I called the office to see the Dr, they accommodated me right away and was able to get the proper treatment as well as having his care navigator set me up with grief counseling. I can not thank them enough for their compassion and prompt services. When going through a traumatic episode, the decline of one’s mental health can occur quickly and I am thankful for Dr Benigar’s genuine care for my health. He listens and takes the time to understand and treat every condition that needs attention as well as making sure I am not being over medicated and getting the treatment that fits me best. THANK YOU DR BENIGAR!

I've been with Dr. Benigar for 10 years, he has the best bedside manner and really digs deep to understand what is going on. I've followed him from one practice to another that's how much I've trusted him. However, about a month ago I was informed that he is no longer accepting patients because he took an administrative roll at Salience Health. Great guy, great psychiatrist.
