I recently had a miscarriage and saw Dr. Bruxvoort related to some complications. He was very helpful, empathetic, and comforting. He answered all my questions and made sure to cover all aspects of a miscarriage, making sure I was not blaming myself. He explained things very well and listened well to my concerns. I will definitely be using him again in the future!

Arrogant/no empathy/does not listen to his patients. I was diagnosed w/Carcinoid Syndrome on 7/1/15. Asked for referral but Dr B didn't think it was necessary. Finally got referral & not only do I have cancer but also Diabetes 2. Set up appt w/ Dr B & he refused to listen to the cancer Dr's recommendations or to me. 1 1/2 weeks later HE left voicemail releasing me as his patient due to things he heard I had said but letter received said it was due to not following diabetes care which is untrue.

He did little to treat my late mother in her time of need and he showed contempt toward me; her legal caregiver. His attitude was arrogant and he brushed off Mom's problems like they were unimportant. One time his practitioner gave us a diagnosis for her bowel problems that was sorely lacking. She had Dementia and I need advice; after following the advice, I went with her to the ER and finally received the correct information from them. NO help 3X; SO HARD 4 her to get through snow & ice.
