This office (before Covid) would take walk-ins, opened on Saturdays, very convenient. Yes the wait was long but whether you saw Dr. Castillo or another practitioner you received proper medical attention. I take my kids there and each and every time I always get medicine compare to other doctors that would say let their sickness take it’s course. As long as I got the medical attention my family needed I could overlook the “environment” or the front office staff. I’ve been to fancy offices and did not get the medical attention needed.

Horrifying. I did not feel comfortable seeking medical attention at this location. Very disturbing atmosphere and incompetent staff with doctors who don't even speak to the patients. Medical concerns more than assistance.

Well, 2 times I went to this Clinic, I never saw Dr.Castillo. It was Doctor Mendez who saw me and he is quite Charming, Attentive,Polite and very Funny. I give 5 Stars to Dr.Mendez. The only thing I didn't look like at The Clinic's Environment, it was about some Customers who either can't Read the Sign:Do not leave your Children Unattended!: 0( They show this Sign in English and Spanish. So, their Kids goes Wild and act like they were Home or in the Playground by running around the sitting Area
