Totally incompetent. Used as an excuse could not see anything because he didn't bring correct tools to examine my issue in my throat. Stated my vocal cords looked unremarkable....issue was a three quarter inch sinus mass he missed that was on top of my vocal cords. Hope its not cancer..... medical gaslighting at its finest. I will be speaking with OAHS on his incompetency and would strongly suggest not renewing any contract with him. I would rather see OAHS not have an ENT than have one with such incompetency.

Dr Cihak was an excellent Dr! He performed my parotidectomy and was careful to explain everything in detail and the options. I had total confidence in him as a surgeon and was not disappointed. Highly recommend!

Dr Cihak is a good ent we went to him for my daughters recurring ear infections she hasn’t had one in awhile now then took my oldest son to see him for recurring strep and he removed his tonsils and adnoeids and my son has been doing good today my dr is going to see him for a new enlarge set of tonsils

Cihak removed my tonsils and adenoids as well as my daughter's. He was very friendly and explained everything very well. I highly recommend his office. His bedside manner is much better than the person that took my son's tonsils and adenoids out.

Inexperienced doctor. Didn't hardly inquire about my issues. Didn't offer any insight. Spent all of 5 minutes with us on two different occasions. Hardly seems like he has any ENT specialty training. He seemed completely uninterested in figuring out the cause of my issue. Simply said everything appears normal. Then said well your pain isn't normal but you don't have an infection. Then walked out.
