Dr. Robert Corniea Jr, MD

My rating is ZERO! How would you feel? I called his office in late September of 2021 for an appointment. The EARLIEST appointment was December 14... three months. But, they said, we'll put you on a cancellation list and call you if someone cancels. I didn't get a call in 3 months. Then, on Dec 12 I drive 50 miles from my home to the office and get delayed on the freeway, making me 11 minutes late. Sorry, they said, you will have to reschedule. I said, but can't you work me in somehow? No, strict policy, you must reschedule. So she rescheduled me for January 21... another 6 weeks! And she put me on the cancellation list. No call in 6 weeks. So today, January 21, exactly one hour before my appointment, just as I am ready to walk out the door I get a call... Mr. Jacobson, Dr. Cornea will not be able to see you today. You will need to reschedule. WHAT????? No explanation as to why he can't see me. No apology at cancelling the appointment last minute. Terrible service!!

Dr. Corniea has been my doctor for several years. Very Professional. He takes the time to talk with me and actually listen to me. He’s been excellent to work with. He’s honestly one of the best doctors I’ve ever had. I hope to keep him as my doctor until I leave this world, which is decades away.

Very happy w/Dr Corniea. Dr C always willing to educate me and always makes sure any/all questions are answered. I like that I spend more time with Dr C than the time spent in the waiting room—and that is not typical at doctors offices.

I felt the staff and the Doctor was friendly and very interested and concerned about my health. I was not rushed out of the office. The doctor took the time I needed.

Dr. Corneia all is prepared for my visit and listened to my concerns or questions.

Dr. Corniea was very aware of my medical history and informed about my issues and concerns. I feel that he really cares about me as a person and about my wellbeing. He sees the big picture and is great at the details, too.

Excellent doctor and staff. In addition to being very helpful and kind to me, he has been a great help to my wife, who suffers from a serious chronic medical condition. If anyone I know asked for suggestions for a family doctor, I would recommend Dr. Corniea.

Very thorough, easy to talk to and knows a lot about a lot of things. He always gives me good advice and overs all my issues thoroughly and well. Friendly, professional and a good doc.

BE ON TIME!!!! Staff not always helpful. I tried to call and tell them I was in the building but 5 minutes late, 'we have a strict policy' and they wouldn't let me see the provider. They made me wait 40 minutes for the next apptmt. Then i waited 45 minutes after my rescheduled apptmt. Let's be reasonable staff. I really like the provider or i wouldn't go back.

Such a nice guy. He is always willing to answer any questions I have and actually takes the time to make sure I’m doing well. He explains everything he does or prescribes so that I understand.

Dr Corniea has been an amazing healthcare provider for myself and my family. He is knowledgeable, kind, compassionate and just a great guy!
