Was kind, managed my problem in one visit
The religious paintings and such made me feel uncomfortable (he painted them, apparently, and they're good, actually). But he made me feel comfortable and knew how to help me, so I'd return.

HORRIBLE so called Doctor!! Numerous visits with him and he was always agitated and hurried. HORRIBLE chair side manners! He sent me out the door with a box allergy pills when I was sick with massive infection throughout my entire sinus structures. My nose was swollen shut with polyps at the time of my first visit with him (I had no idea what they were at that time) and he took no action. If I could sue him for malpractice now, I would. He's the worst so called DR. I've encountered, EVER.

I have known Dr.Craven for many years, he has treated everything for me regarding allergies, sinus problems, ear problems and now Thyroid issues. He has always take his time with me and gave me options and information about whatever I had going on, I fully trust his care. Great Doctor.

We went in for our daughter's severe food allergies. He spent five minutes talking at us about her possible seasonal allergies (which were mild). As we asked questions about possible treatments, he became agitated and rushed through the rest of the appointment. His lack of current knowledge of food allergies was concerning and he ordered over $600 worth of unnecessary testing, while dismissing previous records that could have narrowed the testing down to an affordable range.

Profit driven, to the detriment of the patient. Frequent short visits, no results over the phone, excessive tests(if covered). Sells copies of his novels in the lobby at checkout.
