I love the fact that Dr. Dougherty will answer all questions in a manner I understand. I have recently added my Mom to his list and she has been well taken care of (she is 80) Thanks to all the staff for making her welcome. As a firm beleiver in God I appreciate and will continue with this doctor.

Doctors are average, and how the arrogant little receptionist is still hired there is beyond me. Maybe McDonalds got tired of her and this office was desperate? Sometimes she answers the phone, sometimes not. Voice mails left never get followed up on so beware of that. Oh, and make sure you have your money ready up front. More desperation I guess. If your needs are basic and you like snarky receptionists, this is the place for you. If you need more, look elsewhere. I did, and never looked back.

Misdiagnosed and improper meds prescribed. Will not call you back. Glad I got 2d opinion. He gave wrong meds for Ramsey Hunt Syndrome and left side of face is numb and frozen. Hope it can be fixed.

Excellent doctor. Very knowledgeable. Great bedside manner. A good blend of empathy and remedy. He may be looking at a chart but it feels like he knows me.

Dr.Dougherty is amazing. He is so good with my kids and has been their doctor since birth. Even when he didn't have openings he always made room for the kids when they were ill. He takes his time with his patients. I will continue to see him unless he ever moved which would just really upset us. My two year old even likes to go to the doctor because of him. LOVE LOVE LOVE

Horrible office staff. I put up with them because he WAS good. After his divorce he changed. Horrible bedside manner. Gave him several chances. I won't ever return.

The office staff seems incompetent. Three times I have had a hassle getting both my meds. They were prescribed together yet one of them runs out while I still get the other. They can't explain why the pharmacy will fill one but not the other, even suggesting it was a insurance problem. I do not use insurance to pay for them. This error has happened at least twice. I quit this Doc.
