Dr. Robert Duggan, DPM

Dr.Duggan is a very knowledgeable physician in his field of work and has done a great job helping me to heal as quickly as anyone in the same field of practice has never been able to do. Thank God for Dr. Duggan help.

I was very disappointed. The doctor did not explain the injury I had nor did he take the time to explain the treatment. I gave them my MRI since the first visit. The second visit, which was two weeks later, he was going to do a MRI at his office. Obviously, he didn’t even bother to look at my history. I felt like he didn’t listen to me and he gets inpatient when you star asking questions. He is always rushing you. I am going to see another doctor.

I waited over an hour. Doctor walked in didn't even let me say what was wrong. Squeezed both my feet to the point of pain and sent me off for x-rays. Then basically told me to stay off my feet as in stop walking. I won't be back. Avoid this one.

I will never recommend or return to Dr Duggans office again. He treated me rudely and he never answered any of my questions. I am now seeing another Dr and clearly see the difference. My new Dr is competent and professional.

Please be aware of being over charged by this office. I received bills in the mail of $347 after I had paid my copay of $65 and my insurance covered everything. I called their Billing, after I had made an extra payment that I thought it was extra for X-rays... They said a refund will be issued to you in 2-3 weeks. Please be aware. Also the insoles he recommends to go get at Track Shack are half the price on Amazon, same brand. Also they will also make future appointments without your permission.

I felt completely dismissed by him, as if I couldn't get a word in edgewise. He just pushed "his" brace that he said he helped to develop and told me to take Aleve 2x/day. He did not take follow-up x-rays or order an MRI, and 4 months later, I learned from another podiatrist that I probably had a stress fracture and should have been put in a boot. When I described my pain to him, he pressed hard on the area and said "you're just weak there." Who is strong in the top of their foot? A ballerina?

I was very disappointed. The wait was excessive, the doctor did not explain the injury correctly nor did he take the time to Explain the treatment. I will not be returning.

Every question I asked was answered with "I never said that" no question was actually ever answered AND he misdiagnosed me. Thanks for nothing.

Easy to talk to & listens. Explains clearly. Has the most wonderful nurse - Sofia - she's great!!
