I would like to express my gratefulness to part of the staff at Southern Hills location. I have been to this clinic twice and experienced some unpleasant situations and vowed not to go back. I went back the second time and came in contact with two amazing employees. Zae & Jocelyn. There is no need to go into details. They completely helped me with my concerns and changed my mind about returning. This is what outstanding customer service is and taking ownership with the willingness to help patients. They helped without hesitation and changed my mind about returning. This is what we need in businesses nowadays, people like Zae & Jocelyn. I would like to thank them for taking the time to help me resolve my concerns. Awesome employees

Dr. Frankfather put another patients personal health information into my file, making it look like it was my information, including that he gave me a brace he did not give me. I had to go in three times and request to have it taken out and made correct so only my own PHI was in my file! This was very disturbing and seriously unprofessional! I do not trust him after this and would not recommend him.

I had an amazing experience with Dr Frankfather. I got the injections and new insoles for my shoes. He was the absolute best!!! Thanks guys for all you do in helping folks like me walk around pain free everyday! KUDOS!!!!

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Frankfather! My ankle and foot felt so much better after and as time progresses I’m sure it will continue to feel better. My only concern is that I hope he smiles more in the future!

I had a great experience with Dr. Frankfather. He was very knowledgeable and didn't waste time when getting to the cause of my issues. He did a thorough exam and provided a treatment plan to me that worked great! I have had plantar fasciitis for such a long time and nothing worked. He identified the issue, provided treatment, told me what to do and what not to do and saw me for follow up. I feel so much better. He also encouraged me to come back if I had any further issues. I feel comfortable returning should I have any further symptoms. I would recommend him to others.

Sadly I spent a lot of time working to heal per his recommendations and solutions to resolve my issues He never took the time to fully examine the underlying issues Was rushed and moved along to the next patient. Was passive aggressive when I asked any questions

Having been in a boot with a misdiagnosed issue from another podiatrist, Dr. Frankfather resolved the medical issue and gave me support during this very Dis infficult situation

Great doctor!! Easy to talk with. Fixed my plantar fasciitis that I’d been dealing with for 2 years under another doctor.

I went in to Dr. Frankfather to get an ingrown toenail removed. Dr. Frankfather was strongly recommended by my pediatrician, so my mom went with his advice. Before the appointment, I was terrified and did not want to go. When I arrived the lady at the front desk was very comforting because she saw that I was nervous and the wait to get into a room was not very long at all. The nurse was very nice to me also. When Dr. Frankfather came in, he was very relaxed and walked through everything that he would do so that there would be "no surprises". The numbing was fast and very effective so that when he removed the nail I did not feel a thing. He told me what I needed to do to make sure it healed properly, and two weeks later I came back for another great checkup to make sure everything was going well. My toe now looks and feels so much better, all because of Dr. Frankfather. I strongly recommend!

I saw Dr. Frankfather in February 2021. I was diagnosed of having metatarsalgia in my right foot. He administered a shot in my foot. It didn’t relive any pain at all. I’m pondering the fact if the shot he gave me was sugar water. I wanted orthotics for my foot and it took over 3 months to get. No one there followed up as to the reason why it took so long. It was overall a bad experience. In hindsight, I should of made an appointment with an orthopedic doctor. Live and learn.

Several years ago Dr Frankfather removed bunions on bot my feet and they still look and feel great. Recently he helped relieve plantar fasciitis in my foot. He’s very friendly and listens to your concerns.

Dr Frankfather and his Staff are amazing. Doc is straight forward and very informative on what he is doing and what needs to be done long term. First time I ever had a staff member come in and explain the charges and what insurance covers. I love the way his office is run. Others should take notice. No long waits either. Quick in and out.

At first he did not have time to answer questions. I told the nurse that I was not pleased. I assume she said something to him. The next time he came in, he was very willing to answer questions. He even approached me as I was checking out with more conversation.

Dr. Frankfather and his staff are wonderful! I have been a patient of his for over 20 years and he is the best!

I Would recommend DR Frankfather to anyone I Was very scared on my first visit Dealing with a Ulcer on the top of my foot he was very understanding and took the time to listen to my worries. he took the time to explain everything that needed to be Done and put me at ease and the staff there is amazing

I saw Dr. Frankfarther 4 times in a 3 month period. I was very happy with his care and glad to have worked with him. I found him to be kind, understanding, and competent. He was familiar with my injury, made a plan to rehabilitate without surgery! His plan worked and my foot feels great - I am running again without problems. I appreciated not only his quick diagnosis, but also his detailed treatment plan, and of course how well it worked. I also appreciate talking football, and kids, and exercise with Dr. Frankfarther. He was fantastic to work with as a doctor and a person and I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Frankfather is very knowledgeable in his practice and caring with his patients. I recommend him to all family and friends, his staff is caring and friendly.
