Dr. Gilbert is highly skilled, listens intently to health concerns and deeply cares about his patients. He has been my gastroenterologist for over 8 years. His medical advice has greatly improved my quality of life. I highly recommend Dr. Gilbert for your gastrointestinal health.

Dr. Gilbert is a wonderful physician.
Dr. Gilbert listens and explains in as much time as needed. No rushing at all. He’s knowledgeable and personable. I’ve never had a doctor quite like him.

An amazing gastroenterologist
I was diagnosed with Crohns Disease several years ago. Dr. Gilbert has been my gastroenterologist for many years. I feel very comfortable having him manage my care. He is very knowledgeable of my condition and I know that I am getting excellent care with him as my specialist.

Best G.I. Doctor in Florida
Dr. Gilbert is a very kind, thoughtful and thorough physician. I was experiencing symptoms that did not make much sense. Dr. Gilbert listened to me and explained the process the entire way through the diagnosis of my uncommon condition.

Very attentive and caring physician
I have seen Dr Gilbert for routine screenings. He has a great bedside manner and is a thorough physician. Our family wouldn’t trust anybody else.

Since my first visit in 2010 Dr. Gilbert has been a Counselor who always listens with a calming demeanor and gives you his time during visits without rushing to his next patient. My husband and I have always had full confidence and his knowledge and treatment. He is a genuinely Caring person who has always shown Compassion and understanding during my journey.

Great doctor. Office staff makes it extremely difficult to actually talk to the doctor himself. The staff will answer your questions and tell you there is no need to actually speak to the doctor. If you are OK with that you will love visiting this doctor.

Dr Gilbert is a great doctor. Furthermore, he is truly a man of compassion. He helped me to completely be cured of the Hep C virus. A virus that had effected me for most of my adult life. God bless Dr Gilbert.

He is amazing, his MA is rude and has bad bedside manner . He deserves someone on his staff as caring and wonderful as he is! She almost made me not want to continue as a patient.

I don't ever recommend doctors, but Dr. Robert Gilbert (Florida Medical Clinic) is the exception. If you need a gastroenterologist, look no further. I have never met a doctor before, who will listen and engage in your case for 45 min. Who effectively showed me the way out of my severe white coat hypertension. And who knows your medical history before he enters the room, because he has extensively studied your case. Five stars because six are not available.
