Receptionist was was very professional & organized, making checking in very simple and very easy. The staff was very friendly, professional & personal. Katie was awesome with getting the IV started while explaining step by step what she eas doing. Doctor G. was friendly & explained the procedure that was performed, so I understood what was being done. The anesthesiologist told me the med that was being administered. OR did roll call and lights was out. Very smooth procedure. After awaking I was given a drink before I was coached and being held on both sides as I was walking to the car. Very pleasant visit. Thanks to ALL that was part of my care today.

Recent Gastro procedure
Excellent visit care for which I was informed what to expect and followup procedures. Only negative might be the long time (approx 4-5 Mo) from 1st visit to actual procedure date. Also, results not received until over 30 days following the surgery.

Great staff
Everyone I was in contact with was great! I was totally at ease going in for my procedures. Afterwards was just as great! Kind and compassionate staff. I highly recommend Dr. Glickenberger and his staff.

Dismissive Doctor
Dr. Glickenburger comes off dismissive and our appointments always feel rushed. He has also complained about other patients to me before, which I found unnerving. He also likes to use talk to text application and will begin recording mid-conversation. It's like he's trying to write his report during the appointment or something. I've also gotten conflicting medical information from this office.
