Did not listen to me. Ignored test result
He almost killed me. He ignored my test results. DID NOT LISTEN TO ME . MY QUALITY OF LIFE IS GONE. It took six years to get help when he had the results right in front of him. IF YOU ARE FEMALE PLEASE AVOID HIM.

Unprofessional Office Manager
Would not renew prescription while waiting on visit to occur. Left me without my medication that I needed. Very rude.

Inferior practice
Had a cystoscopy and when Dr Gold was finished he didn't tell me about side effects, he just walked out of the exam room and told me he needs to see me in 3 weeks. Since that time I have been urinating blood every 20 minutes. Tried to make an appointment but their staff was to say the least uncooperative. Told me to go to a hospital emergency room. If this guy was the last urologist on the planet I would avoid him, pompous and arrogant

Horrible Billing Office
We have been overcharged by this office twice and we are still waiting since September to receive your reimbursement. No one returns the calls. The Dr. is fine, but DO NOT PAY in advance. Verify with your insurance the amount due then pay the office.

Dr. Robert Gold has been my urologist for over 20 years and I cannot imagine a more experienced, professional and dedicated doctor who genuinely cares about his patients. I have always had a BPH/enlarged prostate issue and he has carefully followed my condition and provided immediate medical advice until the point at which it was necessary for him to perform a prostatectomy in October of 2020. I had been in New England all summer when I had an emergency major back surgery with a severe bladder impact for over a month. He conscientiously provided continuous medical support and consultation to help me through this challenging period despite the great distance. I then elected to return to Florida for him to perform the prostatectomy instead of at Mass General in Boston and had the very successful procedure one month ago at Bethesda Hospital in Boynton Beach. Since then I am "like new" and have returned to full bladder functionality just as 30 years ago. I cannot recommend him enough!

First appointment with Dr Robert Gold. He was an excellent listener, friendly, and knowledgeable. I never felt rushed. Nurse was great too. I can see a long time relationship with this Group. I was greeted with a friendly snails by the receptionist. Checking out was great. Again, friendly. Great experience.

Very happy with Dr. Robert Gold. He has a pleasant bedside manner and takes time to listen to any problems I may have. He always follows up on any problems from previous visits. His nurses are very nice too! 4.5/5 Alan L

Yet another doctor without enough balls to DO THEIR JOB and TREAT THEIR PATIENTS PAIN. We made a POINT to ask before him if he would treat my mothers pain and he said he would. LIES. After a TERRIBLE scheduling incident which delayed the whole surgery by four hours and caused him to be in another surgery as my mom screamed out in pain in recovery, they FINALLY contacted him & he gave a med to stop the bladder spasms. A day later she's in agony, we've called, and he refuses to do a thing. Disgust

We have been a patient of Dr Golds for well over 13 years. Never had one problem with Dr Gold or his office. Dr Golds approach to a bladder stone situation was the least invasive of all the dr's we consulted and the results were amazing. We like his attitude with his patients, his practical no nonsense consultations. Yes we have had to wait for some appointments but there are emergencies. He is never too busy to answer a question. We also like his sense of humor. He is an excellent dr.

Dr Gold told me he would call to discuss his recommendations following lab test. He never called. All patient phone calls goes directly to answering machine and no one returns calls. I had to personally go to office, since no one would call back, and then wait a long time to pick up my lab results. My request to fax records has still never been done after a week and a half of waiting despite daily calls to repeat my request to the answering machine of course..
