Mine is similar to other reviews. The doctor is OK but the office is a hot mess. They don't return calls and are extremely disorganized. No follow up calls after treatment.For example: I live more than an hours drive from the clinic. Heros knows this so we scheduled on online appointment. The staff sent me the appointment email will virtual meeting link. At the appointed time, I got into the chat room and waited. While waiting the staff called me on the phone asking if I was coming in today or not. I said it was an online appointment and I was online. The staff rudely treks me that it's MY mistake, despite THEM sending me an online meeting invite. She tells me that she will 'allow for My mistake just this once but next time they will charge me for a visit'.This was clearly more of their disorganization. Why would you send a online meeting link if you expected the patent to come in? The staff is just rude and disorganized. They don't seem to care about patents as shown by a lack fo

Took my money and left me hanging. Literally couldn't schedule an appointment. Unethical guy!!

Dr Heros and Dr Khemlani themselves are fantastic, but their office staff and the office staff at Cascade Spine Center where procedures are done, are very rude. I’ve decided to find a new clinic that is more patient centric, caring and reachable.

Dr. Heros was very forth coming, great with straight answers and giving of choices.

Dr Heros is, very friendly with a great bedside manner. He takes the time to understand your problems and give suggestions as to possible courses of action explaining the benefits and risks associated with a given procedure so you can make an informed decision. The staff is very friendly and helpful as well.
