DONT GO IF YOU NEED TO FILE FOR INSURANCE
My daughter needed emergency stitches in June 2021 and the office wont give me a receipt for my $2500 payment and it took them a year to submit to insurance with a crazy code asking the insurance for $14,000 for 3-4 stitches on her wrist. We are now 1.5years later and still dealing with this. DO NOT GO!

Went for a neck lift with Dr. Jetter. Result was awful with sagging skin and totally uneven and lumpy results in the neck area. One side of the neck is hanging lower then the other. Doctor tried to brush me off, but I demanded revision. On the day revision surgery was scheduled I was sitting in the waiting room 3 hours after scheduled surgery time when one of the employees said I “should go for a walk.” In other words, get lost. After all the prep work and anticipation for this surgery, and then told to take a walk. Scheduled surgery again, result was not much better then first round of surgery. Wasted tens of thousands of dollars plus recovery time and pain. Currently looking for another doctor to correct the past two necklift operations. Will have to incur thousands of dollars more in surgery costs plus more recovery time and pain. Greedy and incompetent.

Won't file my claim, and won't let me file myself
Cost me $3500 to stich up my son's chin after a pretty routine ice skating accident. Happy to pay to get my son taken care of, but they never submitted my claim forms to insurance. Totally could care less about us missing our deductible limit because of the four month (and counting) hold-up. Son still has the scar, they never summited for my insurance. Next time I will go to urgent care.

My 2 year old daughter fell and cut her eye. His office was amazing and made time immediately for us to be seen even though it was 4:30PM. He was calming and gentle with her. I am so appreciative to know to know he's there incase we ever need him again. HIGHLY recommended!!!

I did a great deal of research, and then my primary care physician recommended Dr. Jetter. His knowledge and compassion were quite evident during my consultation. Added to that, he is quite skilled in, and knowledgeable about, cosmetic surgery for people of various ethnic origins. I highly recommend him and his staff.

Dr. Jetter not only is a great surgeon, he is incredibly friendly and accommodating. I fainted and broke my nose and gashed my forehead. The friend I was with called Dr. Jetter from the emergency room at 1 am, and he both answered the call and set up an appointment to see him the next morning. He sewed up my forehead (32 stitches). A week later he reset my nose. The experience from beginning to end was fantastic. I've never met a surgeon with a bedside manner like Dr. Jetter's. He's the best.
