Dr. Robert Joseph, MD

So grateful for Dr. Joseph and Ms. Teresa as well as the Staff in the Office. Everyone is very kind and courteous.

We took my grandmother there because she has spinal stenosis. She was prescribed pain meds and sent to a pharmacy. They did not have meds. We were told to find a pharmacy that had it. We did that the same day (Wednesday) and notified the clinic. Thursday still no meds, called clinic. Friday still no meds, called clinic and was told that they have more than one patient. Saturday, Sunday, Monday still nothing. My grandmother is moaning in pain with no relief. The emotional tolls it has taken on my mother (caretaker) is unbelievable. This place should be shut down to allow for an elderly women writhe in pain for 5 days. Heartless. We are not asking for them to go above and beyond but just to do their job and maybe be more professional. That too much apparently.

He diagnosed quickly and relieved my pain.

Dr. Joseph cares about all of his patients, and carefully explains all of the options for treatment. He will spend time with you answering all of your questions, and give you a prognosis for your treatment.

I have been a patient of this clinic for over 15 years. I come every 3-4 months for prescription refills. I live 1-1/2 hour away and Dr. Joseph has been very accommodating over the years. Today, I was 18 minutes late for my appointment due to traffic delays and the "provider" A.P.R.N. Danielle Schnell refused to see me. In 15 years, I have never once been late. I was unaware of a 15-minute policy as it is not posted in the office. (The front desk said the late policy is in the new patient paperwork!!) Many times, over the years, they have kept me waiting well over an hour. Danielle Schnell came out briefly and saw me today, I told her that I just made a 1-1/2 hour drive, that I am 3 minutes past their grace period which I was not aware that they even had a late policy and that I am out of my medication. I told her that I would wait, that I had to be seen today. She refused. PLEASE DO NOT BECOME A PATIENT OF THIS CLINIC. THEY WILL NOT VALUE YOU!

He can be very busy and it will even be hard to make an appointment. But it should be expected. I've gone to many pain management specialists and Dr. Joseph was straight up no nonsense kind of guy. And his assistant Todd? Hilarious. Keeps me in a good mood while waiting.

Refused to help me after 11 yrs with him. Wouldn't answer after calling 4 days in a row. Finally got thru, got an appointment but said He won't help me. Wouldn't talk to me, very rude!

I am a 72 year old man. Have A.S. The radio frequency this dr does makes me sick as a dog for a week! I have had therapy most of my life with no relief. If you use this dr you will have to agree to expensive treatments that lines his pockets at the expense of your insurance and your self. Even if they make you sick or do no good. They cut my medication off cold turkey. He has no regard for patience! You won't see him but 2 to 3 xs a year if your lucky. His nurses will determine if and when you get meds. There is proof as to what is wrong with me. And that I'm in debilitating pain DO NOT USE THIS DOCTOR!

rude, argumentative, uses swear words, will talk over you and ignore you all in order to pressure you to consent to his shots -even when he admits they will not help with the reasons you went to see him for to begin with. followed us out into the parking lot after we had left the building just so he could continue a verbal argument.

Dr. Joseph and his staff have done a great job helping me manage my pain for about 15 years now. I highly recommend him. If you have chronic pain issues like I have since my first and second back surgeries, you should set an appointment to discuss your problems with him and hear his recommendations.

I love him and his staff!! They are very attentive and always treat us PATIENTS as if we are FAMILY!!!! I'm so hurt that the office is not open yet after the Hurricane!!! PRAYING FOR YOU ALL!!! GOD BLESS AND HOOE TO HEAR FROM YOU SOON!!!

Staff is always friendly and professional. They always address my concerns and do everything they can to make my recovery their priority. I have been recovering from injury and am now virtually pain free. Dr Joseph and his staff are the best in their class. Thank you!

This is the worst Dr I have ever been to. He has no regard for the pain a person is in. He wants to push giving a person a shot when prior shots have done nothing but cause more pain. He's a Dr that wants to make as much money from the Insurance company and has not empathy for the patient. I was ready to go t an attorney from my visit. I spent three hours at his office with the nurse more than him. The nurse was terrible too. The Dr and nurse were on 2 different worlds from each other

I have been going to Joseph for almost 2 years now. I have multiple injuries and lots of pain. Dr. Robert Joseph has addressed these issues and given me much relief... WITHOUT Just PRESCRIBING PILLS that treat the symptoms. Dr. Joseph fixes the problem so you don't have to take mediciations that could cause more serious problems!

I went to doctor Joseph for cervical pain and pinched nerves. He tried trigger point injections and wanted more results for me, so he did facet injections this took away my pain!! Thank you so much for this talented Doctor!!

I came to Dr. Joseph for neck and back pain, his physical therapy department does GREAT THINGS!! Jeff Hyde in physical therapy really knows what he is doing and his team that work with him. My pain greatly improved after sticking with this department and Dr. Joseph's orders. So glad I was referred to them!! I would recommend them to anyone!!

I HAVE SEVERE BACK AND NECK ISSUES THAT ARE WELL DOCUMENTED FROM MY PRIMARY PHYSICIAN. HE IS THE WORST PAIN DOCTOR ON THE FACE OF THE PLANET. I AM CONSIDERING SUING FOR MALPRACTICE. HE TREATED ME LIKE I WAS SOME KIND OF DRUG ADDICT FROM THE STREETS. I COULD NOT BELIEVE IT. HE IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL "DOCTOR" I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. HE SHOULD HAVE HAVE HIS LICENSE REVOKED. PLEASE, stay far FAR AWAY FROM THIS SORRY EXCUSE OF A HUMAN BEING!!!!!

HORRIBLE! My first appointment with him was great. Second appointment I had injections. My third appointment it was as if he was a different person. He screamed at me, berated me, and confused me with another patient. He yelled at me to the point I walked out of his office. I had heard from SEVERAL people prior to seeing him that he was arrogant and condescending, I should have listened. He is a nightmare and I would NEVER recommend anyone see him. His procedure room was dirty and crowded.

Dr. Joseph has helped me with my neck and back. He continues to help me improve. I am so thankful I have him as my pain management Dr.
