I had been referred for an issue I have been experiencing for six months and Dr. Just did not listen to anything I had to say as if he had diagnosed me before he saw me and had the test in mind he wanted and ignored me and ordered it anyway. I will not be going back.

Everything and everyone is always concerned and the facility is amazing

Dr. Just is personable, listens to concerns, and is willing to communicate as soon as results come back. I was impressed by his engagement with me and my spouse, the careful review of test results, and his ability to be honest and truthful with hope, which is rare these days. I totally trust him.

Dr Just is a caring and absolute outstanding Doctor! He listens to you, take as much time as you need to tell him your problems. Highly recommend him!

Dr. Just rushes you through the appointment without truly listening to your concerns. Would rather just give you medicine than actually discuss other options with you (ploy to have you keep coming in every few months to pad his pockets). Not to mention the disrespectful manner of openly chewing gum while talking to you in your appointment. Was billed for a visit and his office consistently refused to bill the correct insurance. Now they sent our bill to collections even though we have called repeatedly to correct the issue and have the proper insurance billed. ABSOLUTELY AVOID THIS DOCTOR AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Have known Bob Just for 20+ years. Diagnosed my husband’s autoimmune liver disease that other physicians missed. Myself several endoscopic and colonoscopy procedures. Always have his personal cell number after procedure for questions or concerns. Personally calls with biopsy results. Highly recommend!

Had an attitude problem with deaf caregiver when he walked away. He didn’t give me any opportunity to discuss concerns Video relay interpreter was not provided. I had to pay the immediate interpreter via app to communicate with Dr Just. The way he spoke was not professional. I don’t recommend anyone to see him for any reason.

I have had one previous colonoscopy at another place where I woke up feeling fine. Virtually zero after effects. This time 4 days after I still have significant pain after a colonoscopy that found nothing. Adding the hours of absolutely pointless waiting for the procedure, I will rather walk over glass than coming back there.

Dr Just is an amazing physician! He has a great bedside manner and always seems to have smile on his face.I had my colonoscopy and upper endoscopy on Monday at SMC Williamson. He's always available and cares for his patients. He texted me to check up on me later Monday evening. He is an outstanding clinician and endoscopist. I am a nurse anesthetist and have given thousands of anesthetics in this great city and I have to say I've not seen his equal. Dr Just is extremely smart, but does not come off as if he is superior to anyone because he's just a good doctor doing what he was called to do. I could have chosen any number of GI docs to take care of me. My first hand knowledge of his skills, made my decision easy. GI issues are a fact of life. Just go see Bob Just!

When in to talk to Dr. Just about a routine colonoscopy. He told me if a polyp is discovered and removed during a screening colonoscopy, there will be no charge, because that's considered part of a routine colonoscopy. Guess what he is charging me for that exact thing. Beware!!!!

Excellent Dr, explains everything on a level you can understand.

Dr Just is the best. A "throwback" in the sense that he actually provides personalized care and treats you like a fellow human. I have a chronic condition, that I will be treating for the rest of my life. It makes things a lot easier when you have someone like him in your corner, with a tailored/thought out treatment plan. I gladly drive 20 miles from my home in Austin for our appointments.

Dr. Just is warm, caring and easy to understand

I have been seeing Dr. Just since 2004 and I credit him for improving my quality of life. He not only properly diagnosed my condition but has taken the time and effort to prescribe the best possible treatment. His level of knowledge and expertise are exactly what I was looking for. I also appreciate his direct approach. I like the fact he communicates directly with facts and provides the options available to me for treating my condition. I highly recommend Dr. Just for anyone with gastro issues.
