Dr. Robert Kessler, MD

Dr. Kessler is an incredible surgeon who has an amazing demeanor. He has a very comforting bedside manner and clearly uses his intuition in all of his consultations. I can without a doubt strongly recommend Dr. Kessler as the best choice in the Orange County area for all your plastic surgery needs. It has now been 4 months since my surgery, and I could not be happier with the results. Dr. Kessler was careful and thoughtful in guiding me to the next steps of what he thought would be best for me, my size and addressing my wants and needs. The surgery center was incredibly clean and professional, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. My recovery and follow-up appointments were handled with the same compassion and support that I received from my first meeting with Dr. Kessler and Rachel, his office manager. It may sound too good to be true, but after my journey to find just the right surgeon, it felt similar to a happily ever after.

Dr. Kessler was so amazing! he took his time explaining all options for what l want to target and even mentioned additional treatments to get best results for what l want. Extremely professional and welcoming . Dr .Kessler is an expert and he doesn’t try to up sell you which so many doctors do. I can honestly say he’s turned me down on things I wanted he was truthful by telling me that I didn’t need it. He spends quality time with you making you feel reassured and at ease with any procedure you chose .

I went to see Dr. Kessler for a consultation to see if I had a tear in one of my silicone implants. I was nervous as I am a nursing mother. He was thorough, beyond patient, and totally understanding of my concerns. Both he and his assistant took time to answer my questions and put my fears at ease. I don’t need another augmentation right now, but when I do, he’s absolutely the one I’m going to. I wasn’t rushed at all, and he took his time to explain everything to me, and even helped me when I asked him to demonstrate the proper way to do a self-exam with implants and what exactly to feel for. I really appreciate their patience, professionalism, and understanding. I’ll be back!

Dr Kessler is a great surgeon and a really nice person. The staff is warm and friendly and the esthetician, Heather, is so good, very knowledgeable and explains everything as she is doing a treatment. I have had two micro needleing treatments and can’t believe how much better my skin is. I have so many compliments on my complexion! Have one more treatment to go, can’t wait. It has made such a difference for me. I also use products from their skin care line and love them.

This was my first visit with Dr. Kessler and I’m seriously sooooooooo happy with the work that he did. I was referred to him by another patient of his and I decided to try him out. I’m 35 and was contemplating on getting botox/fillers for the first time and was really hesitant about it cuz I didn’t want to ruin my face structure or look frozen but he did PHENOMENAL & I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome than what he did. I would recommend him to anyone for anything, he’s definitely gifted!
