Dr. Kopp saved my life, by fixing my airway. Many doctors haven’t helped my chronic infections, and he listened in a way that helped me heal a lot more than just my nose. I am very grateful to his staff, as they were so kind and always easy to reach. They worked with my insurance and made sure everything would be covered.

It was all over in less then five minutes. I was not given the chance to mention all circumstances which may cause my problem and not informed about the results of their nasal scope examination. A prescripton was issued to remedy the complaint as needed.

Love Dr. Kopp!
Dr. Kopp has been telling me for several years I needed sinus surgery. And I finally decided to take his advice...balloon sinus dilation was the recommended procedure. And I'm glad I did. I can now breathe again. He's also one of the few doctors I have who goes out of his way to be accessible to his patients giving them a special number to call to avoid all the button-pressing you have to do before you get a live person. I appreciate his extensive knowledge and expertise too. Great guy!

MD and office staff review
As a wife, caregiver and tenured registered nurse, I am comfortable in leaving this review, in hopes of helping other patients. My husband suffered for over six months with upper respiratory symptoms which eventually led us to this ENT provider. We have first-hand experiences I believe may help you. #1) Patient education is not their priority. #2) Telephone responses to their patients are ultra terrible, at best. Being on telephone hold for 30 min. - disconnected - redialed - another 30 minutes on hold - disconnected - repeat. If a patient really needs to access their provider, they would be unsuccessful. Dr. Kopp was quite aware. The only successful venue was to physically go to the office. Triage # is a joke. Triage entity is Jennifer - her attitude is 'how can I humiliate this patient & his needs,' lacking compassion in helping - much less, improving a patient's outcome! ULTRA ineffective! #3) Physician does not return telephone calls!STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PROVIDER!

Dr. Kopp fixed the breathing issue that I've had for years, I can remember having sinus infections my whole life, having to resort to nasal sprays that I hated to use, and now about 1 year later, I haven't had 1 sinus issue at all and the best part is I haven't had to use any nasal sprays or medications. Thank You Dr. Kopp

I was referred due to a severely deviated septum. Dr. Kopp did a septoplasty and later a balloon sinuplasty. For me, it was a game-changer. Breathing improved, sinus infections went away, sleep improved greatly, and I haven't had a sinus headache since. These procedures have given me a greater quality of life and health. I highly recommend Dr. Kopp (and the staff at ENT are great aslo).

I went to see Dr Kopp with little expectation that he could do anything to help me. I have spent a lot of my life with sinus infection after infection with no relief. I was also a skeptic of any sinus procedure because of things I had heard from others. I have to say that everything turned out great for me because of Dr. Kopp. He is one of the best doctors I have ever dealt with. He is caring, attentive and carefully explains everything he is going to do. He has my complete confidence with any recommendation because he worked wonders in life. I am so thankful for his expertise and professionalism but above all, his ability at healing. I have to say to anyone with sinus issues get to see Dr Kopp, you'll be glad you did. Dr Kopp changed my life! I had been dealing with chronic sinusitis for years, but hadn't been diagnosed as such (was treated for allergies, sinus infections, even asthma) until I met with Dr Kopp, who identified my problems as significant nasal polyps. He is an excellent communicator, caring and compassionate, and extremely skillful. I wish I had taken this route years ago because my life is completely different. I breathe through my nose all the time now, I sleep better (and don't waken my husband), my quality of life is vastly improved. I recommend Dr Kopp without any reservation.

I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with Dr. Kopp. He is incredibly thorough, has impeccable attention to detail, and a clear dedication to his patients. His bedside manner is second to none; as an anxious patient he answered all of my questions and put me at ease. Many doctors rush through appointments, but Dr. Kopp has never done that for any appointment I have had with him. Dr. Kopp is a world-class specialist whom I will only ever call again for appointments, surgeries, or any questions I may have. Keep up the great work, Dr. Kopp!
