Aggressive receptionist and overbooking issues
I visited the NYC location on 32nd Street and encountered extremely rude staff. When I asked the receptionist a straightforward question about my wait time, she immediately became aggressive. I had already waited for 20 minutes and was informed there were still three patients ahead of me. I needed this information to manage my schedule, but she responded defiantly, saying she had no idea.As a paying customer, I shouldn't have to take half a day off because the receptionist overbooks patients and cannot manage time efficiently. It's frustrating that American doctors seem to disregard their patients' time. If you enjoy spending all day in a waiting room like in some socialist countries, where medicine is free, this doctor is for you. However, if you expect respect for your time when paying for services, like I do, look elsewhere.
