Dr. Lock saved my life and I am eternally grateful. I think I got the best Dr. for Heart issues here in this area and consider myself very fortunate. I recommend him all the time, any time I know of someone looking for a Heart Doctor here in this area, because he knows how, and does the work that needs to be done. He is cautious and caring.

Dear Dr. Lock; I have tried multiple times unsuccessfully to review my case file/notes via the online portal you employ. It appears the protocol passwords sent to me each time I attempted to view the information were not accepted. I cannot communicate with the system. I would appreciate a call from a member of your office staff to walk me through it that I may understand it fully and be able to interact with it successfully. Thank you. Kindest regards, John Ferneley. (patient).

After life-threatening heart rate acceleration, I was forced to go to both Mad River hospital Emergency (5 hours treatment) and St Joseph Emergency (3 hours wait) to be treated and seen twice in last 6 weeks due to unavailability of Lock for much needed sooner appointments and the rewrite of a prescription which he had overlooked. Lock's receptionist is difficult to communicate with and Lock is unavailable when needed, refusing any/all phone consultation.

At 37 years of age and being diagnosed by another doctor that I had early on set of heart disease I was seen by De Lock immediately. He ran multiple test and came to the conclusion that my first doctor did not properly run my stress test.

Dr. Lock saw me promptly when I was in danger from a coronary blockage. He scheduled me promptly for an angiogram and dealt with the issue in an excellent manner.
