great experience with this physician and his staff
Great physician and staff. Listen to my problems and recommended surgery, which completely fixed my long-term severe acid reflux.I previously, saw Dr. Lynne Cochran At Birmingham, Gastroenterology and Homewood, who completely dismissed my problem and surgery was never mentioned, even though I had a long-term issue with acid reflux.I highly recommend Dr. Loudon, his staff and grandview Medical Center

Very poor experience with scheduling an appointment in a timely manner. Different staff tell me different times for the appointments, even call and leave message for two different times.

He performed Endoscopy and Colonoscopy on me. Very knowledgeable, caring and his hands-on experience is second to none. I highly recommend this great physician.

I have used Dr. Loudon for years. He has always helped me understand the procedures and listened to my concerns. I have never had any trouble getting an appointment and when I am at the office, I never wait very long! I encouraged my family to see him and we have all been very satisfied!
