Dr. Maganini was recommended by my PCP. His staff phoned me back to make the appt. and she said "I see you live in (city) and wanted you to know there is another physician you could see that is closer and that you may feel 'more comfortable with'. I said no, he was recommended. After no less than 5-6 times being put on hold, she continued to try to steer me towards someone else. She finally said 'you should know we have a fixed facility fee of $200-$700 to see the doctor'. I work in healthcare and I am aware of facility fee's but never in that amount. I clarified that maybe it was a consulting fee and she said no 'it's a 'fixed' fee that would be between $200-$700. I finally said 'that's ok' to which she promptly and without hesitation ended the call. It was an extremely disappointing patient experience. I was so looking forward to Dr. Maganini's expertise.

He is absolutely the best in his field! Would not go to anybody else ever! Not only a good bedside manner but just basically a very good decent person. His caring attitude and follow through from start to finish are unparalleled. Would highly recommend him to anyone going on this journey. He takes the time to dummy things down so that you can understand exactly where you are going with this disease. Is absolutely the best!

He answered all my questions and explained things at great length. Wish there were more doctors like him. He also has an amazing staff.

Dr Maganini is an incredibley compassionate and skilled physician. He performed a double mastektomy on my wife after she was diognossed with breast cancer. He is very kind, thorough and treated my wife as if she were his only patient. I highly recommend Dr Maganini.
