Nurse practitioner Ann Craddock was so unpleasant In my last virtual check up, I am considering changing practices. When told that a number of referral records should already be in their records, she told me to voice my complaints to the office manager. I understand that video bedside manner may be a learned skill but rudeness is unnecessary. What a horrible experience

This man has completely failed me as a physician. I will also be filing a complaint. No matter what you are seeing a doctor for, see anyone else. I would fly to another country before seeing this physician again. It is so sad that the limited healthcare choices on an island has allowed him to stay in business at all. I wish I could put negative stars. Official complaints will have to suffice.

Dr. M has several Physician Assistants on staff and that is who I have seen every time I've been to the office. He is not a primary doctor in the office for patients but for those who want Medical Marijuana cards. Can't get a referral to a specialist unless you have a full physical on file. Getting in to see the PA I prefer is tough. When I have an appt, sometimes the wait is long. Have been misinformed by a front office staff member more than once. A needed prescription was not sent recently.

He is extremely rude and condescending. Everyone I know who has seen this doctor has their own horror story. If you are reading this because you are looking for a new physician, just ask around. You'll get an earful about this one.
