Dr. Robert Mileski, MD

I am a physician. At my first visit, I was misdiagnosed… Maybe due to preconceived judgments about my age, a lacking physical exam, or my inability to get an XR or MRI (1st tri pregnancy). With limited treatment options due to pregnancy, I was told to just do some home exercises. Weeks later, I obtained a second opinion and an MSK ultrasound, which showed adhesive capsulitis. I anguished over whether I should submit TEMPORARY disability paperwork, but I had to get over the fear and return to have this paperwork completed. I was met with a more thorough physical exam, a different diagnosis, and unprofessional behavior. He mocked the procedural skills needed in my profession, tried to deter by saying he charges by time, and walked out of the room. He never completed the paperwork. I became more disabled as my pregnancy went on, and I initially required help to care for my newborn. It took MRI to discover the SLAP tear, steroid injections, lots of PT, and 2 years to recover. Shame on you.

Listened - helped with shoulder

As an occupational therapist, I had a good idea of who to see for my shoulder as I know whose patients do well and hear feedback on orthopedic docs all day. All the feedback I heard was correct, he immediately had a good idea on what was wrong and suggested treating it conservatively which I appreciated. Great communication and listening, very compassionate and understanding. Will definitely recommend.

Dr. Mileski is an impeccable surgeon and his bedside manner is amazing! Dr. Mileski performed bilateral shoulder replacements for my mom 6-7 years ago and also removed a fatty cyst that was causing her arm to fall asleep. His level of care leaves nothing to be desired. He is the Best of the Best. Dr. Mileski was very accessible and called us several times to check on my mom. Eva thanks you Dr. Mileski!

Injured shoulder and was in a lot of pain. I was referred to Dr. Mileski by my GP and was immediately at ease with his and his staffs affable nature. They were able to quickly get me an MRI, follow-up consultation and ensuing arthroscopic surgery. With follow-up consultation and recommended exercise/stretching the shoulder is back to 90% in 3 weeks. In addition to that, the surgical center was the best experience that I have had with any prior facility (and there were many).

I have had a great experience with my surgery. My wife became a true believer as he answered many of her questions prior and after the surgery - and she can have a lot of them. Great sense of humor, direct and to the point when needed and we feel as though we made a friend with both Dr. Mileski and his staff.

Dr. Mileski performed a total knee replacement on my right knee! I am so thrilled with results and what I can do now with no pain, quality of life back! I can ride my mtn bike again,"YEAH!". Plus my leg is straight! WOW! No more knock kneed! Dr. Mileski set the expectations from day one with what to expect from the surgery, post surgery, and phy. therapy! My results prove that dedication to PT works just like he said it would! I highly recommend Dr. Mileski for your Orthopedic Surgery needs!

I first saw Dr. Mileski in the spring of 2017. I was having back problems and numerous tests showed that I had a disc problem as well as two torn meniscus. Upon examination and reviewing my test results, Dr. Mileski told me that yes, I did have two torn meniscus but the first problem that should be addressed was my back. I did have back surgery with a neurosurgeon. Dr. Mileski was very honest and I appreciate that. This spring I had the knee surgery for the two torn meniscus.

From my initial visit, through surgery and the post-op months, Dr. Mileski was thorough, a good listener, and explained things very well. I received excellent care.

I have had 2 unicondylar knee replacements, one on each knee, from Dr. Mileski. The results have been spectacular. I play competitive racquetball 4 times a week and have had no problems. The one knee has been in place for 9 years and the other for 6. Other doctors told me I needed a full knee replacement and would never play racquetball again! Dr. Mileski proved them wrong. I would strongly recommend Dr. Mileski to anyone needing orthopedic work!!

I am so amazed that how good I feel and after the 2nd day I had no pain and now I tell myself why did I wait so long to have this done and the pain I lived with and how I couldn't use my arm because the pain was so bad that I couldn't sleep and now I literary have no pain any more and what I can do with my arm that I wasn't able to do . keep on pushing total knee replacement on my mom. she is not a candidate due to other diseases. All she has was arthiritis, meds like Humira can treat it at 1/10 of the cost of knee replacement. Ethics before mullah Doc...cough

Dr. Mileski had everything under control. He was great, explained all he was doing, and is very personable. I'm very pleased with his treatment and I'm feeling a lot better!!

Excellent communication when you finally do get to see him BUT two appointments and the first appt. had me wait for 2 hrs. The second appt. took over 3 hrs to see the doc. I cannot recommend him due to the disregard for a patients time

I Love this Dr.he really listens to his patients and spends quality time with the examination and he is a excellent Surgeon. Iam on my 3rd shoulder surgery and he is about to operate on me in September 2016
